It’s as good as it’s going to get. Our waitress did a great job working the bar and tables, but it seems like the kitchen is slow. It wasn’t busy either. Our food was hot and fresh, so that’s always good.

Artichoke dip with chips and service were the only things that were good about this place. Salad dressing was pretty sweet and nothing to write home about. Chicken Alfredo pasta’s sauce was more like a paste and it was pretty salty. The breadstick was tasty though. I was skeptical about others reviews on here but now I’ve been here in person it is safe to say those reviews were validated and I wouldn’t come again

My mom and I tried Applebee’s in Georgia and want disappointed. However, Pearlridge Applebee’s was the complete opposite. First off, the hostess sat us at a table that they neglected to clean. She knew it was dirty and walked away to the corner of the bar to talk with her friend. Another guy came and I told him, can you clean the table. He turned to look at the female who sat us and said, your suppose to clean the table. He seen me take a pic before telling him! As he was wiping the table, he said, please don’t post that on Yelp! Lol. Well not posting on Yelp… I’m posting it here!!! There was crumbs and the table was still wet from the people who drank before us. Since it was lunch… We ordered 2 French onion soups and got the 3 choices appetizer. The French onion soup was warm like it was standing for a while. The appetizers that we got was spinach artichoke dip (good), grilled chicken won ton tacos (too sweet), and cheeseburger eggroll (good). You would think that it wasn’t busy so they would kick butt in making a soup and appetizer taste great! Nothing special! If lunch isn’t great… I refuse to eat here for dinner. We would of been much more satisfied eating at the food court. Had to give one star because I actually like the waiter that did serve us after the 2 other employees sat and cleaned the table. He was very attentive in keeping my mother’s drink full but I know he left the soup sitting a little while. Not sure if I would try this place again.

We we very satisfied with the quality of the food and the service. They have done a couple of things to improve. The seat fewer customers so that the wait staff and kitchen will not be overwhelmed. They alsogive free chips and salsa if you waited too long to be seated. We waited approximately 15 minutes to get seated and we still received the free chips and salsa.

This was my first time at Applebee’s! I will start off by saying, the salad was amazing! The boneless chicken was a bit overpriced for the little amount we were given. The boneless chicken does come in different flavors. The Buffalo sauce is spicy! The grille chicken is very tender!!!!! I recommend this place!

Portions are small af. Full rack of ribs is actually half rack standard at a lot of other restaurants I’ve been to. Service stinks. Nobody here really cares to wait on you. Drinks left unfilled and server missing most of the time. Not worth it whatsoever and you’ll go home hungry. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

First time here, wasnt what I expected. Waited about 15-20 minutes just to order our food. After waiting for an hour for our food, we decided to have it to go. Got home the steak was burnt on the bottom. It’s like the cook hid the burnt part and flipped it over on the good part. The other plate I ordered was also burnt. If anything if you guys like burnt expensive food, then this is the place for you. Bad experience for me and my family.

Slow service. And the restaurant was empty! Average food. I mean they could have put a few more fries on the plate. Will not be returning. Ruby tuesday would have been a better choice.
