My latest to-go order included a 8 oz Bourbon steak and instead I received a 4 oz, two-inch steak that I requested medium-well, and when I got home it was completely raw inside.
Unfortunately this isn’t the first issue. To-go orders are often wrong or missing items, which has become a recurring problem.I’m leaving this review because I hope management sees it and takes quality control and order accuracy more seriously, especially for takeout customers who can’t easily return to fix the issue.

I walked there and got the seats, i ordered a side dish as mozzarella cheese sticks. And paul mill being a medium rare is bourbon steak with a side of mashed potatoes. The food came in.It was really fresh, sizzling on a iron hot plate. The steak was a little bit too salty and every time you take a bite of the steak the juice we’ll run out of the steak causing it to taste dry after the taste. But the steak was properly cooked as I asked, medium and rare. In my rating i would give this a three star, not that it was bad but with but do the lack of too much salternate and the brightness after chewing for a little while. But the service we’re very very respectful and kind to me, and everything else looked pretty clean. So this place was fulfilling so I will give it a total of four stars. Thank you applebee’s for satisfying me for today.

D,(Demitrius), the bartender is the main reason that we come here several times per week. He remembers our preferences, he is always professional and in a great mood. D makes Applebee’s on Lohman the bar “where everybody knows your name…and their always glad you came”! Also, the $10.99 burgers w/ endless fries, are the best deal in town.

As always, every place I travel, they live up to their name. Eating great in the neighborhood! Alyssa took great care of me, extremely attentive even though they were very busy. Service was fast and friendly and the bourbon street chicken and shrimp was delicious. As I was writing this, Suzanne, the manager, stopped by to see how everything was. I had a great little conversation with her. Good people, good food! Thanks to your team for making me feel at home while on the road!

The food is always great. The service is pretty good as well. I guess it depends who you get & what time of day you are there. They remodeled the one we always go to. It’s so much nicer! Feels updated & seems more clean. We will always be Applebee’s fans!

Do not go after 6. The service is terrible, food takes forever. Waitress charged me the wrong tab then tried to give me some cash to make up for the mistake. WTHelly?? She probably didn’t want to tell the shift manager she screwed up something else. The restaurant renovation didn’t do anything for customer service. Kudos to the Brewtus that keeps me coming back. Went during the week had there burger and endless Fry’s and soft drink. ..it was around 10.99 . When I Fry’s got the burger the Fry’s were cold, second go round on Fry’s they were very hot and fresh. Burger was delish.

Mahki was an awesome server, and made our meal very enjoyable. The Three Cheese Chicken Penne, Whisky Bacon Burger and Watermelon Lemonade were very tasty. The only negative thing was the table was very sticky.

My family and I came for dinner this past Sunday evening. The hostess didn’t seem to be happy to be at work. Bummer because she is the first person we see when walking in for dinner. Our server, Dylan, however, was super friendly and very attentive. I ordered a steak and asked for it to be cooked medium, and it came out well done. Wasn’t very tasty at all, but the 2 broccoli sides, shrimp, and the parmesan sauce were really good. The house salad was amazing.

I ordered the Whisky Bacon burger. It was ok. Didn’t have too much flavor like I was expecting it to have. Fries were cooked perfectly. Side salad with Ranch was great. The server, Chris, was kind and attentive. We also ordered an appetizer of the Boneless Wings. Those were good!
