So I do my best to never send food back, I ordered a small 6 oz top sirloin Med Rare, it came out well done. Unfortunately I did send this back and let me tell you the customer service received was amazing. The manager on duty came and immediately apologized(as did I bc I hate being that person) but they not only redid me a new steak it was a thicker cut and they did not charge me for the meal (so we added that to the tip total) my second steak was perfect and we enjoyed everything else on our plates! Thank you

Kaysha was absolutely amazing. This is our second time here with her as waitress/server. She has been the best both times. The 2 for 25$ deal is an absolute steal and we will keep coming here for weekend nights!

It was busy when we, a group of two, went. We were seated in a relatively short time though. Our server, Kaysha, provided us with excellent service informing us of the specials, making sure our food was to our expectations, and checking in to see if we needed anything.
Our food was really good and prepare the way we liked it. The place had a plesant atmosphere for being busy and the staff kept up with keeping it clean. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit.

We are at Applebee’s for an early dinner. The building is very nice. Everything is clean with lots of tv’s to watch sports. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The food wasny good at all. We had the spinach dip with chips. The dip didn’t have much favor, but the chips were very greasy. We ordered steak and fried shrimp. My steak was overcooked and really thin. My hubby’s steak was thick and cooked just right. The shrimp tasted like bread, not shrimp. The mash potatoes were like a thick paste. Don’t think we will be returning anytime soon.

I hadn’t been in an Applebee’s in years but I passed by today and I remembered they had such good salads that I decided to stop in. Their menu is extensive and as I looked through it I decided I wanted shrimp more than I wanted a salad and they had a special all you can eat with shrimp, fries and slaw. There were so many shrimp on my first platter that I was too full to order more but I could have. They gladly refilled my root beer glass and the waitress was very friendly and had a lovely smile. I’m very glad I decided to stop in today and I know I will be back as the service and the food was very good.
