This Wendy’s interior is aesthetically nice, with plenty of seats to sit and dine in. However, the service is subpar, as you will be able to distinguish by the minimal amount of enthusiasm coming from the workers there. No greetings, workers keep you waiting in line for more than 15 minutes at times, and the soda machine is constantly broken. This is in addition to always getting orders wrong, and food not being at a minimum warm or hot. I do not recommend anyone go here. Side note: if you decide to make the mental error of going to this location, go well after the high school has dismissed students, as they will congregate there until after 5pm. You will be waiting a long time for your food if you go during these times.

Had to go back 3 times after work to get the order right,3rd time asked for a bacon king with no veggies and was sarcastically given a bun with only veggies and mayo. I was wondering why staff was giggling so much.

This is the second time eating from this place and later ending up sick throwing up for hours I don’t know what the workers in the back are doing or even management for that matter but someone’s not keeping up to code and I know I’m definitely not the only one getting food poisoning from this location! Wendy’s please do better!!!! Not to mention going to order I had to go inside because the drive thru was so packed which I understand because I work in the restaurant industry myself. But to go inside and have a lady worker stand there seeing three people are waiting on line to order to just take her sweet time doing other things was crazy to me mean while other workers see there’s a line and no one came to help till I had to say something. My best advice for everyone who wants to order Wendy’s go to the Woodbridge location at least there you won’t be food poisoning!

Worse fast food joint in America. No ice for flat soda and charging extra for nugget sauce. I spent 15 dollars and because i didn’t get nuggets i have to pay extra for sauce. Im not even going back to use my reward points. Good riddance. Puts on wendys

One of the worst Wendy’s I ever saw. Insanely slow preparing time and awful customer service. Management is probably awful too, because there is for sure not enough people to handle everything fast, and as I mentioned that people also don’t care. I really hope somebody will find better people to work at this store.

Very nice location. The employees are very nice and are willing to do anything to get your order right. I absolutely recommend this location. The fries were perfectly fried and the chicken nuggets were cooked well. This is my first time going to this location in Perth Amboy. I also tried the taki combo and it was soooooo good it was super spicy.

Place was filthy from the time I walked in. Walking across the floors from the entrance were sticky. The station where the straws lids etc were at was dirty and sticky. It made it hard to enjoy the food with how dirty the place was. Tables were not clean. Just looked like no one cared about the restaurant.

It’s now 11 o’clock. I’ve been trying to reach out to this place for the past 30 minutes first because they forgot a sandwich from our order and this is not the first time. Of course, no one answers the phone. While trying to eat our dinner, I ordered a small chili and when I got towards halfway through the cup, I found a large piece of plastic in my chili and other small pieces that I spit it out of my mouth and choked on! I’m reaching out to the store to try and let them know that the batch of chili they have out is literally a choking hazard to other customers and of course nobody is answering the phone so I’m leaving my review on here and hoping that someone will reach out to me by the end of tonight.

I’ve ordered a cheeseburger meal And I asked for no mayonnaise went to the window checked my burger and it had mayonnaise on it. I handed it politely saying I did not ask for mayonnaise so they told me to pull over. They came back. I checked the burger again and it looked like they just wiped the mayonnaise off my burger instead of making me a new one. Very disrespectful for that making me look like I’m some type of stupid person but next time I should’ve just went in there and got my money back for the whole meal. I do not like mayonnaise. I get sick when I eat it I could still taste the mayonnaise on the bread And the mayonnaise is on my food. It’s disgusting these young kids in there need to do their jobs right
