Spotting was amazing! Taking care of the entire place while the other employees stood there avoiding eye contact. Came in at 4 pm which seemed to be shift change. The incoming staff jumped in once they clocked in while the others waited to leave. Food was great and spottie made the lunch experience great! Dealing with getting buried while still keeping a smile on their face was impressive. Not sure why you’d pay so many ppl to stand there while one person does everything….

I ordered a burger a few days ago and I was telling my son how good it was. So we ordered separately for takeout tonight. We ordered the 9.99 deal and we both ordered bacon cheeseburgers. Mine came with bacon, his did not. I’m attaching pictures of both burgers and his receipt and mine so you can see that we are not making it up. Mine is the one without cheese. Also, mine had pink, ordered without, as you can see on my receipt. To make it worse, it was like a blizzard outside. I didn’t realize that before I ordered. I narrowly avoided an accident and ran into the curb trying to avoid it. I even got stuck there for a few minutes due to that, but managed to get out. The last time I ordered there was a paper to give feedback on my order in the bag but this time there wasn’t. So I’m doing it here.

I always eat the oriental chicken salad. I’ve recently been to the Wadworth location and it was very good. Yesterday I went to the one in lakewood close to my home on Colfax Ave. The chicken was very bland and it didn’t look anything like their images of the plate. I made a stir fry for myself last night and it was so much better than my lunch. I think I’ll continue to eat at home. I hate to say it but my cooking is better than theirs. I have no complaints on the service.

Applebee’s is a good old reliable favorite but can be hit or miss depending on the location. This is the first time we have eaten at this location and we got there about 15 minutes into the happy hour. There was only one server and a bar tender for the entire Restaurant. So as to be expected service was not that great. Okay for the circumstances.
I got the Sangria with an angry orchard in it kinda like a “Coronarita”. Happy Hour offers half price appetizers and we got my favorite the soft pretzels with beer cheese sauce and mustard. We usually get the dinner for 2 for $25 or $30 and skip the appetizer to get 2 salads. I love the French onion soup here so that is a must. Our entrees were the riblets and Bourbon street chicken and shrimp. Both were okay.
We were there on Superbowl Sunday and were told they could not turn up any sound for the game only music. So we quickly left before kick-off.

I ate here last night 1-12-25 me and my girlfriend got the boneless wings and the meat was raw! I’m going to be making a call to the health department and calling the store in the morning when open. I’m NOT going to get sick over people that can’t do a simple job.

It was very busy and there were only about 2 people working the floor and they were doing outstanding. They were taking care of orders and also making drinks for a large crowd of people. The manager also came out as well to check on us due to the short staffing that day and was very polite and friendly.

Came to bring my daughter for her birthday, very empty but was not acknowledged for 17 minutes and told the manager once he finally came to seat us that she changed her mind because of the wait and he looked around at the empty diner as if to say just sit down arms open. He said nothing.
