I had to come back and change my review. This is the second time I bought their strawberry cream pie and it’s hard. I can’t tell if they overcooked it or if they didn’t put the cream cheese in. And it’s always at night the food isn’t right.

This place consistently fails. For years living in this community I feel like I punish myself thinking I’ll get good food good service and good attitude I come back out I think I’m in a rush…. Nope do yourself a favor take the five minute ride and go elsewhere absolutely one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in the country. This place should be sold into new ownership, if it fails to the bottom it’s always starting up top.

I was the the only customer and they couldn’t get a simple order right. I get home and there are no hash browns. $15 is outrageous for this and they rip me off. I guess they can’t read or check to make sure the order is complete before they hand you the bag. Lesson learned make sure you check the bag.

They serve less and less, it is not something that costs too much but I feel that this country is strong because we value work, we value every $ that we earn and it is fair that McDonald’s serves what is fair to all of its customers.

My visit to the McDonald’s at 1256 St Georges Ave, Avenel, NJ 07001 on the morning of September 3rd was incredibly disappointing. I used the self-serve kiosk to order two cappuccinos around 9:30 am. We patiently waited at our table for nearly half an hour, growing increasingly puzzled by the delay. Finally, around 10 am, we decided to check with the counter staff, only to be informed that they had run out of cappuccinos. To add insult to injury, they offered us black coffee instead, which we reluctantly accepted.
But the real frustration began when the manager approached us. She appeared confused and questioned whether we still wanted the coffee. We reiterated our order, but her confusion persisted. She even wondered why we hadn’t reported the issue earlier, despite our initial inquiry at the counter. What followed was she half-heartedly delivered one black coffee for the two of us. Upon which we promptly walked out.
This experience was a stark example of poor service, miscommunication, and a lack of professionalism. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this specific McDonald’s branch on St Georges Ave in Avenel, NJ, as it left us thoroughly dissatisfied and frustrated.

Literally the worst McDonald’s you could ever come to and I’m sorry from now on I will start to take that extra couple of minutes to drive down the street to the other location because this McDonald’s just needs a whole new entire ownership at this point
