The service is ridiculous. Firstly , they take your order and make you pull off to the side to give the impression that they’re meeting their numbers for drive through when really they aren’t . Secondly I ordered a bunch of food and they gave me 1 sauce . Then proceeded to tell me it’s 35cents extra for more sauces each . Absolutely unacceptable! Shame on you McDonald’s

the service is horrible , i went to pickup a doordash order and it was just fries and i waited at least 20 – 30 minutes so i had to say something and the lady had an additude like i was the problem , i also ordered something for myself and once i asked for ranch and buffalo sauce she only gave me ranch and also gave me a face.

So my husband went here after work to pick up dinner for him and I. They forgot our condiments (again) they forgot our straws and our fries were cold, hard, and old. They also told my husband that they had no large fry sleeves so we had to get a medium. But since the fries sucked I guess that was a good thing in the end. We agreed to not go to this specific McDonald’s ever again. They’ve messed up to many times.

Wait is super long even with no line because workers prioritize drive thru and app orders, so nobody is left to take your order at the counter and assemble your food. Prices differ from other nearby McDonalds and the food is average.

Quick to take your order in the drive thru but make you pull up and park no matter what you order and even if there is no one else in line. You have to wait way to long regardless if it is busy or not. It’s the average food from the fast food chain. Just the wait is crazy.

I do not live in the area but took a chance. I was horribly disappointed. At least 2 employees walked past me and another gentleman at least 4 times. One person finally heard my complaint, gave it to the ‘cook’ Alveno with my exact order and he still failed to correct it. I recieved, literally a piece of cold cheese and no mac sauce same as I did the first time! Stay away from this McDonald’s.
