Ordered the sampler and Beer Cheese Waffle fries. Everything was good except the wings. The wings were very chewy(rubbery). They were either old or not cooked all the way. I would definitely recommend the waffle fries. Service and cleanliness of the restaurant was excellent!

Ordered garlic loaded mashed potatoes, no garlic, ordered grilled cheese burger with tomato soup, tomato soup was very obviously nuked in a microwave and came only about 40% full. The pay kiosk sitting on the table had a lot of food and grease on it. The waitress was kind and polite and did a good job.

They gave me old food just reheated probably by a microwave, the noodles are a weird brown color and hard I ordered via Uber Eats came quick and the other food didn’t look like this. EXTREMELY disappointed get it together people!

Took awhile to get noticed at the front. There was what seemed to be sand in our salads and so much dressing it was sour. The “steak” is like cheap cubed steak that you use for chicken fried steak. Salmon was dry and mashed potatoes just weren’t it. Also the broccoli was pure mush and had black tips. Waitress was really nice and prompt, she was the only good thing about the whole experience. We just paid and left, never to return again.

Went into this location for the first time, I was not impressed with the service, I’m not coming back here again. Ordered online, which wasn’t difficult, used a coupon for $10 off a $40 order and it took $0.01 off my order, which was kind of hilarious and frustrating.
Upon entering the restaurant I didn’t feel very welcome from the employees when I asked where to pick up my order and they pointed to the corner. When getting to the pickup area, a different employee didn’t even look at me after I gave my name and they responded “it will be a few minutes.” My food ended up being ready 10 minutes after my scheduled time I wanted for pickup.
Medium steak was pretty much done, tortilla chips were stale.

Went for my daughter’s birthday dinner against my better judgement. The waitress was eager to help and serve in the beginning. We ordered our food and I asked for the same seasoning as the bourbon street steak on the ribey, medium to medium rare, the steak came out and it was barely 3/8 inch thick with cheese on top with no blackened seasoning or the Cajun butter whatsoever. Cut into it and it was well done. I mean if I ask if you can customize a steak and you say yes than you better deliver. After that I was done and not even in the mood to eat. A McDonald’s hamburger is as more intriguing than what you served me. When I said I don’t want it the manager was like ok and not how can we make this right. Pretty poor service from the manager and the chef (cook) if you would even call whoever is cooking the food. After we all got done eating the waitress asked my daughter if she wanted her birthday ice cream and that took a good 10 minutes to come out which is ridiculous as the facility was maybe at 25 percent capacity. You all better step it up or you will be out of business before you know it

There was hair in my food. I sat for over 10 minutes waiting for our server to come back to let her know. And there was only one server actually helping her section. Food quality was very poor. I don’t recommend this establishment.

We had a really good dining experience at this location. The wait time was very minimum and the food was really good. I had the Bourbon Street Steak with garlic Mac’n cheese which was delicious while my wife tried the Quesadilla burger which was also very creative. The atmosphere seemed very busy and packed, but we were able to enjoy our meal without and distractions. The servers were very nice and the perfect margarita was well mixed. I felt like the portions sizes were smaller than other restaurants, but it filled us up. Parking was available around the building and getting there wasn’t hard at all.
