The food is always fresh. We had a hiccup today that was a supplier thing and not the fault of the branch but they fixed it right up! Also seeing the way the employees interact with each other makes me happy to see. I like seeing people that are able to laugh together and enjoy their environment. Really nice great food is hot and fresh. Fries are always piping hot and delicious. This A&W is far better than the nearby ones I’ve visited, and the prices are very good considering what fast food costs these days.

Got footlong coney two separate days both terrible was told chili is canned by one of the workers and if I wanted real chili get a bowl of it homemade they serve it was so dry will not eat again here! Bun so dry flaking also very disgusting and disappointed with chicken tenders chewy under cooked and fish was gross.
