Our waitress made the experience pleasant. Although she seemed to be handling a lot she still made sure she was attentive and fast to take care of our needs. I usually don’t like restaurants in the area because they are always crowded and at times the food and service are not the best but this was a cool night. We got some of the speciality burgers, added boneless wings for $1 and the the drink special Strawberry Daq-a-rita for $6..overall we were satisfied with our meal.

Very slow food service, but wait staff definitely handled the delay aggressively well. Food, when finally delivered, was excellent. I would guess there was a severe shortage in kitchen staff that night, but this team of professionals weathered the storm gracefully. Well done!

I think that the lady waited on us has these finger nails with fur on them. I was just disgusted I’m thinking hair was in my food or feathers I don’t know and she wasn’t listening good cause I had to keep sending her to get stuff when I told her twice when I ordered them she get an attitude when I have to keep asking for the same thing. Kept asking for napkins I got ketchup all over my clothes because there was no napkins my last time wasting my money at that place

The food was delicious. Gracey was a horrible server. First incident at the beginning of our meal we asked for more ranch she said she would bring out a 3oz cup for us. We watched her go to her other tables at least 3 times along with being near the bar before she finally came back empty handed and asked if we would like refills on wings we said yes along with fries and ranch please. Our drinks stayed empty for the most part. She seemed more interested in talking to the gentleman behind the bar. The manager Jamie came around and asked if we needed anything I told him we were waiting on ranch and he brought it right out.(by this time the 2 other people in my party had finished but i needed ranch due to the spiciness) Our second round came out no fries I asked are they not allowed to get more fires she said oh ya and she left. One of my sons finished his 2nd round of wings and was waiting for her to come back but she brought the check i said excuse me he wants another round and I have a to go order to place but she walked off. I then went up to the manager Jamie and made him aware of her horrible service he was very kind and took care of our needs. Which is why this place got a good rating.

Service was great and no issues with the wait time for my order. My issue is the quality of food at applebee’s. I ordered the sweet and spicy chicken sandwich and it was drenched in sauce. The chicken fillet was a flat piece of meat that stretched past the buns. I would like a thicker piece of meat that wasn’t covered in sauce. As stated earlier, our waitress and the whole staff was great. I believe the menu needs an overhaul. Thank you for listening.

I haven’t been to this location in a few yrs due to poor service on previous visits. I dined in tonight after leaving a neighboring restaurant due to poor customer service. We were happily greeted and promptly seated, which already was a plus. The server was friendly and overall it was a good experience. There are some discrepancies with the happy hour prices listed, as the sangrias are listed at $5; but we were charged $6.99 and when I asked about the price, I was told they are actually $5.99, not the $5 listed on the happy hour menu. We had already the bill before I noticed the discrepancy, so we paid the higher price. Lastly the hours listed online says they close at 10 pm on Thursdays, but I noticed people still arriving at 10, so I asked and they said they close at 11 pm. They are probably loosing business due to the wrong hours posted online.

The service was awful. We waited for a hour for our food and drinks.. the food wasn’t right so one of the kids had to wait longer and then the food wasn’t right again.. had to wait awhile for the desert and then had to wait for spoons. The food is good but the service was awful.

Amazing service! Our server T was fantastic. They were busy and were still patient with us. The food was incredible, the timing on the order was fantastic. Everyone and everything was superb! Great New Year’s Eve outing!
