Got off work and wanted to eat something I knew I was going to enjoy and walked inside the establishment. Was greeted by a really sweet girl with pink hair named Kaleah, was told an appropriate waiting time and was informed there were only two servers! I’ve been there, as someone who’s worked at Applebees in my recent life and was astounded by how kind, attentive and productive everybody inside was. Ashley is genuinely such an amazing server and I hope she knows that!! I enjoyed my Ultimate Trio so much and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves, because I know it is no simple task. 🙂 Heard bad things about the location, but everyone here has always been so kind and I always appreciate the positive attitudes of everyone employed here. Keep being awesome!!!

This was not a good experience! We have ordered before and it was nothing like tonight! My husband did not receive his broccoli side with his Crunch Shrimp meal. My desert did not come with the warm apple side and the ice cream was complete soup upon pick up (didn’t notice until we pulled off). Big difference from day shift experience! I don’t think I will return!

The worst ever.
First the hostesses never greeted me. I stood there for over 10 minutes before anyone walked my direction. I asked the waitress how long will it be before someone can seat me. She sat me down. My waitress was great
But the food service was HORRIBLE. First it took about a hour for my food to come. When my Grill Cheese Cheeseburger came. It was burnt up. Why would you even serve that. Then my son’s steak was supposed to be medium well. It was well done.

Great service, nice atmosphere, and good food. The staff was awesome! We were greeted as soon as we entered and promptly seated. Our waiter was polite, professional and attentive! I ordered the crispy chicken salad, the veggies and chicken were very fresh! I will be returning!

If you can avoid this restaurant, please do! We came in and was told it was a 15 minute wait. Just to be told it will be another 15 minute wait again. The host finally sat us down. Asked us if we was ready to order. No notepad. Which was a red flag. We ordered 2 modelos , a trio appetizer. Grilled cheeseburger and bacon ranch chicken sandwich. After another 20 minutes we finally were told they didnt have bottle modelo, just tap. Fine . Another 15 minutes we have modelos and appetizer. Which wasn’t right but we couldnt tell them they got the appetizer wrong because the waitress disappear, we had 3 different girls. So we dont even know who our actual waitress was. After we finished our app and realized everyone who came in after us was getting their entrée we asked about ours. It was never put in the system. Which we shouldve known bc the 1st girl didnt have a notepad to even take out orders. They offered to make it but I was pissed off. Do better! We are from out of state and I know exactly where, I will not be returning.

Hope i dont get sick! Manager made me drive this back up to the restaurant because he didn’t believe me that my burger was raw. They are refunding it but i feel like i should at least get an apalogy not an attitude. I just can’t understand why be rude to a customer after you are the one that messed their order up. A hour just wasted on this. Thanks a lot applebees! And I was just saying how good this location always is.

Went for my daughters B day we had an party of 8 wait time went from 20 mins to waiting over an hour so if you have an large party over 7 be prepared to wait they only have 1 table available for large parties. Food was ok we didnt get our bar drinks till 5 mins before we left if you are not at the bar your drinks are not urgent. Our waitress was awesome very polite and patient.
Update: service was great. Waitress was very polite and nice. Customer service was great for it too be so late. Food was ok chicken penne with tomatoes was blend. Sauce tasted store bought. Steak with Parmesan shrimp was just ok. The steak was way way to small broccoli and mashed potatoes was very good though overall the customer service was better than the meal itself. Had 2 long islands the 1st one was strong the second 1 wasn’t so much at all. I think the bar tender was upset it was almost closing time and I ordered another one but that is her job!!!!!!!

The waiter Monica was rude as can be. The mozzarella sticks were underwhelming and lukewarm. Overall, just not a welcoming environment and a lackluster experience. I would not recommend this location a complete 0/10.

This was the worse experience I have ever had at an apple bee’s. The server was not attentive at all she didn’t check on my table, we waited more than 20 mins for a cup of water, our mashed potatoes were cold and my steak was unseasoned. I will never visit this location again. And my companion never received his beer. Our servers facial expressions were rude and unwarranted when we expressed our dislike for the food.
