Worst experience I’ve ever had. Ordered a steak egg cheese bagel and instead got bacon. It’s against my religion to eat pork and when I called to get it fixed they refused. I would put 0 stars if it would let me. No wonder people are no longer going to McDonald’s anymore. I got 3 times a week and not first time, but will be the last since they won’t fix it.

I like McDonald’s fries and frappe so i have tried different locations. Even though they use the same recipe still different outlets have different taste. This place is king of all McDonald’s i would say.the Fries was literally perfect. Not to crunchy not less. And the caramel frappe was amazing. Exactly what i want evry time.
The Staffs here so friendly and nice they make sure everything is perfect even though they are busy. I would come every week this location.

I came to this location and for whatever reason they couldn’t take my code from my app. I was like ok I’m fine not using the app. Then ordered 3 specific items to play the game. Two out of the three items didn’t have playing stickers. I didn’t notice until I got to work. Called the location explained what happened and the manager Petra was very nice and even willing to give me a free meal. I said thank you but no need, I just would like the stickers. Told her I would come in the next day. Today I came in asking for her and she wasn’t there so I asked to speak to any manager. I came in very polite and started to explain the situation again to her cuts me off and tells me not all items have the stickers. I told her I understood that but the items I chose did and she asked me what did I have. Before I can finish explaining she walks away, doesn’t say anything. Gives the stickers to an employee to give to me. Never apologize for the inconvenience. I understand if I was a raging customer, but I was simply asking for something I had purchased. I wouldn’t be there if the stickers were on the items.

You can really feel the invisible discrimination sometimes.
Today my kid wanted the Happy Meal toy, so we ordered a kid’s meal here.
They forgot to give the sauce for the chicken nuggets.
When I went to ask for it, a white staff member came over, looked at us, and said:
“You didn’t buy nuggets.”
We explained that the kid’s meal includes 6 nuggets.
He said, “Okay, fine. I can give you one sauce at most.”
Technically, he didn’t say anything wrong.
But that tone, that expression, that attitude — it was just uncomfortable.
You can’t even point out exactly what’s wrong,
but it makes you feel unwelcome.
Very disappointing experience.
I really hope this location can treat every customer with the same respect.

Came in at around 1:00pm on a Sunday. It was quite busy. We ordered from the kiosk. No receipt came out. Had to go to the main register to get receipt and order number. It took 20 min. For our food to be ready. My filet o fish was all sdieways.sideways. kinda annoying

The night crews here are the worse and unprofessional. Every time I ask for fresh nuggets i always get dry, old hard overcooked nuggets and sometimes even cold and to top it off TODAY I received a nugget with sauce on it and some white stuff, I am so confused, and beyond pissed and disgusted because where did this nugget come from? I really hope not the floor! I didn’t even ask for sauces smdh. I suggest checking your food before you leave or just don’t go to this McDonald’s.

One of the better McDonald’s restaurants in the city! Staff are always friendly, and the facility is kept nice and clean. I will often make special requests with my order, and they are always happy to oblige. This is a fave spot for lunch!

This location sits in an upper class neighborhood and it’s appearance reflects as such. I have never seen a brick, two story McDonalds before. It was very clean with pleasant staff. I have also never seen another McDonalds that has the same furnishings as this inside, either. I didn’t take a photo of the main dining room, since others were enjoying their meals, but I took a photo from where I sat.
