Overall the experience was ruined by our service recieved so my experience might not be applicable to everyone. We were served by Brooke and she, not joking, disappeared for the *entire* time we were at the table–not to mention it took us over 20 minutes to even get noticed after being seated. We didn’t get our drinks until we asked the bartender himself to help us out since she was gone to who knows where. We also had another person serve us our food (who was such a kind dude, I wish I caught his name to praise him). The food was good, no problems there fortunately. The only other time we saw our server was when we were paying to leave… which resulted in our cards being swapped between tabs (I was with my brother so that wasnt too big of an issue). Overall, the food was good but I am hoping no one will have to experience the service we did tonight.

Although this is a franchise restaurant it truly possess a local feel.
The good “home town feel” of service really stood out here. We were served by a nice gentleman who we learned was from North Dakota. Not only he provided some recommendations of what he felt was delicious but also provided his experience and recommendation of places to check out in Billings and the nearby area.
Food quality and portions is what was expected at an establishment like this. Several beer and other drink options and served cold. Clean dining area. During our visit it was quiet but I imagine it could be louder considering the many tables they have available upon a busier day. Clean restroom facilities.
Would recommend for simple dining plans.

Food wasn’t bad. Its Apple Bees its not 5 star dinning. The service on the other had was crap. There was barely anyone in the restaurant. I sat at the bar asked the bartender what she had that was sweet on tap she didn’t know she had to ask another customer. I ordered a angry orchard and an appetizer. The bartender went on break and I’m assuming it was the manager on duty that was covering. She was busy bullshitting with a couple on the other side of the bar and eating as well. Another waitress brought me food to me and asked if I need anything. The manager not once asked if I needed anything, I wasnt given utensils or napkins. I got napkins after I finished my food and the original bartender came back. Apparently to get good service at the bar ypu have to be a local. This was by far one of the worse customer service experiences I’ve had in awhile. No I didn’t tip, tip is based on service and welcoming and I felt neither. I won’t visit this Apple Bees again. Im trying to figure out how they have a 4.1 star rating.

Wow… Really sad. We are a family of 7, we get to Applebee’s and there’s another group of about 7 ahead of us. No problem. We can wait.They get lead to their table and we are next. We are not acknowledged at all while at the check in desk. Server went back and forth in front of us without a word. After about 20 to 30 minutes, I kid you not, we are asked if we needed help.. Yes! No tables for our size of group so we agreed to take 2 booths back to back. Sat down and waited. Server finally came to take drink orders. Rude. Do you know what you want? We all order drinks and waited. We don’t see this server for the rest of our time there. No drinks, no meal order taken. We’ve been there over an hour. We get up and leave, right after another couple got up and left as well. They hadn’t even had their drink order taken. Applebee’s did not have their A team on staff this day.

Outstanding!! We showed up to town at 10pm and came to Applebee’s. I managed an Applebee’s several years ago and was extremely impressed with the welcome that we received by the staff and the food was perfect! Our server was French, no that was his name . Probably one of the best servers I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. He was friendly, thorough, and anticipated our every need. An absolute professional! This restaurant was clean and organized. Great job to the management and staff of this restaurant! We will definitely be back!

If Elizabeth O is your waitress just get up and go sit in a different location. 0 refills, the food was good enough, but honestly when I get a waitress that doesn’t fill my cups or ever see if we need anything then I have a problem. ♀️

Today was my first time at this restaurant chain. I’d never been to one before. I ordered a Bourbon Street Steak and a Coke. It was very tasty, and I was very satisfied. The food was incredible—very filling and delicious. The place was quite cozy, with good music playing. It was also clean and pleasant. I highly recommend this place!

Ordered delivery for lunch. I got a southwest Chicken rice bowl and the rice was not cooked.. it was like eating raw noodles. They offered nothing to fix it just told me to call delivery service which refunded me $5 in credits. Shitty customer service and very poor quality. I even spoke with a manager who did nothing

My friend ordered chicken parmesan fettuccine and his chicken was over cooked/dry along with her noodles.. I ordered half rack of ribs and it was so dry it was like jerky. There was four tables including us, it took over a hour to get out dry food. Bright side they did not charge for the extra sauce.
