I’ve been to Applebee’s plenty of times before and they usually have pretty good food & service. I typically like to get appetizers when I’m at Applebees – I love the spinach & artichoke dip, the chicken wonton tacos, and the brew pub loaded fries! I recently tried the new grilled cheese cheeseburger here and it was okay. The side of tomato soup was really thick and definitely felt more like a sauce rather than soup, and they didn’t give me very much of it. The fries were good and the burger was pretty good too. Our server was nice and attentive. I’ll definitely come back to Applebees again, I’ll probably just stick with their yummy appetizers in the future!

Welllll….the food was the only decent thing about this location. Incredibly slow service – from the hostess, to the server, to the floor manager! The carpeting/floors are dirty and stained. The walls have peeling wallpaper, stained, and look moldy. The bathroom was dirty, smelled bad and was unstocked . I would definitely NOT recommend this location nor would I return. This place absolutely needs an ALL OVER upgrade!!

Slow service. Took over 20 mins after we got our drinks to even get a server to come take our order. I got the oriental chicken salad. It was horrible because it was mostly cabbage. I got like 10 pieces of actual lettuce. No where on the menu did it say it was mostly cabbage.

This used to be our go to Applebees but ever since EZ left we havent frequented it as much and it sounded good tonight but man I wish it hadnt cause we were so dissatisfied and disappointed. With the service granted yes it was sort of busy but still plenty of open tables. Host took forever to even check the few of us waiting at the door. Waitress was hardly around, had to ask a manager for boxes so we could pay and leave. Food was meh and didnt realize they had such a small limited menu for “Valentine’s day” even though that was yesterday. Bathrooms were disgusting. Not sure we will be back.

The food was good. Classic, Applebees as you would expect. Honestly nice to have the recipes and food be the same these days. But more enjoyable was our server Alana. She was fun, and served us well. I noticed all servers were working really hard to deliver a good experience to guests. Well done. And the manager was even on the floor delivering food!

We had a horrible experience here! We had to wait far too long to even order drinks. Then, when they brought our appetizer some of the plates had food crusted on them!! When our food arrived 1 of the kids had a chunk of something in the yogurt( turned out to be parmesean cheese because it’s stored near but try telling an 8 or old that!) On top of that the order was messed up. The manager came over and offered free dessert. It was lunchtime and we didn’t want dessert so we declined. One would think he would attempt some other method to make things right but nothing! He just walked away. So now everyone probably thought we were difficult so our kids drinks sat empty and we didn’t see our waitress until she brought the check. We never complain at restaurants. We aren’t people trying to get free food but when there are issues like food stuck on plates and odd chunks in yogurt and on top of that they mess up your orders, I feel like you should knock off a kids meal(at the very least!) I will say that my burger was pretty good and the waitress was really nice but I won’t be back there anytime soon!

We have gone to 3 different Applebee’s now. The food is consistently good. The waiters and waitresses are friendly, fast, considerate and helpful. The prices are very reasonable. The plates are full! We have always taken home leftovers! Which is fantastic for later or the next day. Parking is free and plentiful. No waiting time at all! Restrooms are clean and smell good. Very friendly atmosphere. Comfortable place to go! You can order non-alcoholic or bar drinks plus normal drinks for kids. Definitely will be a repeat customer

Went there last night to celebrate my son’s 4th birthday with my husband, We waited approximately 10 minutes just to be acknowledged, then 40 minutes for our food, before being informed that our server had forgotten to submit our order and needed to retake it. After reordering, we waited an additional 20 minutes for my son’s apple juice, and even longer for our meals. What should have been a standard 45-minute dining experience became a two-hour ordeal with a hungry, frustrated 4-year-old.
While our server was polite, the overall service failure reflects serious operational and management issues. Most concerning was the complete lack of management involvement. No manager came to our table to apologize, explain, or attempt to correct the situation. Instead, we were told at the end of the meal that $10 was removed from the bill, which felt dismissive and inadequate given the severity of the delay and inconvenience.
Having worked in the restaurant industry — including Applebee’s — I am well aware of proper service recovery procedures. This experience fell significantly below acceptable standards and demonstrated a clear lack of accountability and guest care.
I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately to ensure this level of service does not continue.
