The lead manager asked me to take a survey and give them all high ratings for 2 free burgers added to my order. I completed the survey, lied for them, yet they still COMPLETELY botched my order AND forgot my free burgers! I see why they need to bribe people for good ratings because thats insane.

I was in line from 12 to 12:45 waiting patiently for my food that they still got wrong and got mad at me for bringing it back. Not only did they mess up my order they gave me food I didn’t even order,I will never go here again. This used to be the best White Castle but not anymore.

The service is consistently good and the food is great (if White Castle is your thing). My poor review is mainly due to the frustrating ordering experience due to the automated ordering robot they have working the register. I’m really hoping they either improve the service or revert back to human employees.

I ordered a 4 cheeseburger combo with a lemonade and a 9 piece chicken ring in Drive-thru on my lunch. I asked when ordering that everything be dropped fresh. The cashier said, “I’m going to be honest with you everything is made to order. As soon as your order is placed, the food is dropped fresh. I received fries that were cold, old, hard and dried out/overcooked. My chicken rings were lukewarm and dried out as well. The meat on the edges of the cheeseburger were hard and dried out as well. This food had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp forever! I received a sprite instead of a lemonade. Terrible! How hard is it to just fulfill my request as promised and provide fresh food. I feel like I wasted my time, lunch, gas, money and breath! I didn’t even get the honey mustard I asked for either and was told it was in the bag! Smh just terrible! Tried calling the restaurant several times and no one answers!

I’m so disappointed, I go here all the time but I decided to go inside. There are 30 or so burgers already pre made. When I got home my burgers are dry and buns hard on the end. Now I have to spend more money on food.

One thing about WC, I’ve had consistent food since the 60’s. You can have breakfast anytime and the still have “real fruit smoothies”. I decided to go inside the staff was pleasant, store was clean, (my order was off) but they corrected it with pleasure.

Line is always ridiculously long. The lobby has a clear sign saying it is open 24 hours, however I ordered my food online last Saturday, was hoping to pull up and not wait in the long line and guess what? Yep, still had to wait in line!!! What’s the purpose of ordering online and you still have to WAIT IN LINE!!?? Myself and anther customer stood there , knocking on the door and the employees ignored us. If I hadn’t ordered and paid online, I would’ve left! SMH I recorded a video but this won’t let me upload videos, only pics.
