I have had a terrible experience at every Applebee’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Until today. Haven’t been to one in 2 years since the last incident drove me away for what I thought was for good. Girlfriend got a gift card for Christmas so I begrudgingly went. Great experience! Food was good quality, atmosphere was way better and our server John was fantastic! This experience definitely made me change my mind on this restaurant as a whole. Gread job to all the staff. Only one improvement I would make (as I’ve made a career in restaurants) get better music choice going for those slow times. Music was a tad too pumped up for my taste. Not bad enough to give you 4 stars though! Great job!

Great food, HORRIBLE SERVICE. I have never experienced such horrible hospitality. I myself am a waitress and I cannot imagine ignoring one table completely! Just because people look young does NOT mean they will not tip well! Always be on your A-Game and keep your customers at least some what satisfied. A spilled soda, which I had to find my own napkins to clean up, took forever to get our bill & we were never asked if our food was okay, we also needed refills! Disapointing!

Frustrated and angry. Tried to order Curbside to Go. After putting in my order, my credit card number and pertinent info, and clicking on Place Order, the website suddenly cleared itself and I was sent back to the start page. Tried to call the restaurant to see if the order went through. Tyler answered, put me on hold. 3 minutes later, he picked up the phone as if he’d completely forgotten I was holding and asked me to hold again. I said “No, I’ve already been on…” That’s as far as I got before he hung up on me. This happened on a Sunday evening. I will be calling the manager Monday.

This place was very organized. The bartender (Natalie) was extremely friendly and ”on-point” with everything that was going on. On top of that, the hostess or manager, when I called to find out their hours, told me that they close the kitchen in 30 minutes from when I called in and took my simple order over the phone. Therefore, when I got there and sat down, they brought my food right to me! Extremely satisfied and I will DEFINITELY go back! Major Kudos!

I never got silverware, other than the spoon that came with my soup. No napkins. No crackers with the soup. And while I know this is standard practice at some restaurants, I got charged the full price of a pop for club soda. Since I don’t drink pop I have learned which places waive the fee if you order food, apparently not Applebee’s.

I like the food, but sadly I too kind of had issues with staff. I have had staff here seemed annoyed with us. Not all the means, I know we do occasionally get good staff. And I know it’s a hard job to deal with people. But I try to be really polite, just a bummer when it doesn’t go both ways.

One star is far too many. This was a terrible experience, on June 6th, 2014, myself and three friends went there for a beer and some half price apps. From the moment we sat down we were disrespected by the hostess, but we wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. After our server took our drink orders he took forever to bring us two of our five beverages, then went to two or three tables before bringing another two. One of politely reminded him they had ordered a water as well as a beer, to which he rudely replied “I only have two hands…” So we ordered some food including “chili cheese nachos”, and after eating a few we all noticed there could not have been less cheese on these things. So we politely ask the guy “shouldn’t there be some cheese on these chili cheese nachos?” Then he tells us to lift a chip and look under it for the cheese, saying in a very rude and defensive tone “we don’t load them with cheese”.

Got there 3 hours before closed. Ate and ordered a drink from the bar but was told it was closed. 3 people walked in right after this sat down at the bar and we’re served after the bar tender removed the caps he had already put on the bottles. I then walked from my table to the bar and ordered a drink and was again told the bar was closed. I will never return to an Apple bees after seeing all your staff pick and choose who gets served. Apparently my buisness is not valued
