Susan was an awesome server. When my 2 year old started acting up because he skipped his nap, all of the staff was excellent keeping him entertained. He quickly calmed down. The southwest chicken bowl was so yummy.

Parker was a very diligent waiter and took good care of me. I ordered the bourbon chicken and it was so tender and juicy I was overwhelmed. I had a bad experience with Applebee’s years ago and have never been back but I’m happy that I gave it another chance because this meal was delicious. My only regret is that it was so much food it was difficult to eat at all. What I don’t show in the picture is the chicken was topped with Cajun grilled shrimp but I was so hungry I ate it faster than I remember to take a photo. Sorry about that kids

Tonight we had the worst experience ever. Our appetizers came out cold. Our waitress took forever to come back to take your order and my boyfriend didn’t receive his beer for the first 25 minutes of us sitting there. I ordered the three cheese Penne pasta, it came out with barely any sauce no and seasoning whatsoever. It was nasty. My boyfriends food was also cold. Our waitress came back once to check on us and that was to get boxes.(we took it home for our dogs) I ate two bites of my pasta and sat it aside, and she said nothing or didn’t ask anything about it. Also drinks were never refilled. Safe to say we will never be back.

Yummy food. I suggest the blackened chicken oh my! The mashed potatoes were great as well. I did the curbside to go. My experience was awesome with the whole process. The employee was nice. It was a great experience. I would recommend to others.

There was a hair in our appetizer to start with, then my food came out and it was made wrong, so our waitress said she would have the cook make me a new one. The manager brought out my new sandwich, didn’t apologize for the hair in our appetizer or my food being made wrong, sat my plate down and said “here’s your new sandwich” and walked away. Picked up my sandwich, took one bite, looked down at my plate and it’s ANOTHER HAIR, a black one to be exact, just sitting on a white plate with my sandwich placed on top of it! Our waitress was coming by at that time with our receipt and was telling us she took off the appetizer and I told her she needed to take my meal off as well because I found another hair. She apologized and a little bit later came back to tell us she took those items off and that her manager gave us a managers discount and that was it. The manager never came over to apologize or explain why this happened TWICE and instead was at the bar talking to, what looked like, some of her personal friends. I had to ask our waitress to tell the manager to come and talk to us and when she did she openly admitted that the cook was not wearing a “hat” and that she told him that he had to start wearing one, I’m pretty sure the food and safety protocol is to wear a hair net, but okay! I told her that it looked like the hair was put on the plate first and my “new sandwich” was deliberately placed on top of it. Completely disgusted and not happy how the situation was handled by the manager. We haven’t been here for a while and we will not be returning again. I had to give a one star rating to leave a review, but I give it a ZERO!

It was a special menu visit that we only learned about from the United Way lady sitting out front telling everyone as they entered. We had to ask the wait staff about/for it & she had no clue. We told another staff about it as well. Glad we were there to not only order from the special menu, but to advise/train/inform staff!

Worst experience ever. Called ahead for 15 people. No problem. We get there and they gave our tables away for a group of 5 that arrived after us. Had to wait until they finished. Food was bad. Worst experience ever.
