I’d give this KFC about 3 stars after my visit. The chicken had good flavor and was cooked well, but it wasn’t as hot as I expected when I got it. The sides were decent — mac and cheese was creamy, but the mashed potatoes were just okay and needed more gravy.
Service was average. The staff was polite when taking my order, but the wait felt a little long for fast food, and there wasn’t much communication while I was standing there.
The restaurant itself looked alright overall, but a few tables needed to be cleaned and the drink area was a bit messy. Nothing terrible, just not the best impression. I’d still stop by again if I was in the area and craving KFC, but I’d hope for a slightly smoother visit next time.

Ordered a 5 piece tenders meal, when opened, surprise a 2 1/2 piece meal. Never going back. KFC has fallen so far in service, quality, and value for price. Go to Wendys, at least there you get what you order, and it’s delicious!

My parent loves your Pot Pies & bowls but for a good while now the mashed potatoes are watery. Saw another review of 6 yrs ago same issue. Please improve in the Summerville SC area. You’ll get more business for good quality food. Your slaw is the best.

I did the Tuesday special, ten dollars Tuesday. The problem I have.The chicken tastes like it was cooked in old grease, it did not taste good. This is a good way to kill your business.

Staff has nasty attitude and short temper everything we tried to order was online only and said they couldn’t give us a 4 piece tender even though the sign says 4 piece available we left without ordering

I always enjoy delicious KFC chicken. This time I tried the new KFC nuggets or nuggies as the commercial stated Lol. I enjoyed them! The nuggets were juicy on the inside. The breading gives off the original recipe instead of crispy like the marketing picture posted at the drive thru, nonetheless, I think that the taste is really good!

I went through the drive thru, which took forever (as usual here) but the amount of food was like half portions. One of the items I got was a smashed bowl and it was legitimately maybe half a scoop of potatoes, four French fries, 3/4ths of a chicken tender broken up, with a good amount of cheese on top and bacon bits. I work in food, so I get portion control but this wasn’t remotely close to being an actual portion or worth the $8.
The rest of the order wasn’t too bad aside from the fries also being about half full and the coleslaw being super dry (either it had been sitting out or wasn’t stored right)

Stacy the manger was very rude and had bad attitude the chicken the breast had blood so needless to say worst kfc I have been too need to learn how to cook the chicken right this was a real disaster. Never again

I have low expectations for fast food customer service, but this KFC lowered them further. During my visit to this KFC on 8/19/2025, the drive-thru employee was particularly rude and insolent. I will go out of my way to visit other KFCs in the future.
