Went in late last night, manager at the bar was cool. Got a nice steak and potatoes. I asked for extra seasoning and it wasn’t seasoned so salt and pepper with hot sauce and A1 was an alternate. They need D from Cedar kitchen to show them how to make a seasoned, buttery steak on request. But overall good service and tasty drinks.

My wife and I have been here a few times and are never disappointed! The food is always amazing, specifically the quesadilla burger as it’s one of my go-tos, and the apps always always always hit! There’s almost always seating and the staff are friendly and helpful, especially my guy that’s usually behind the bar! Never got his name but he’s great. And especially as a sports guy it’s a bonus being here because they always have the right games on. Overall it’s a great experience coming here and this will continue to be one of my wife and I’s go to spots!

Applebee’s used to be a reliable go-to, but this order was seriously disappointing. The wings were dry and overcooked, the shrimp wasn’t crispy like they promised, and the breadsticks were burnt. It feels like the quality has really gone downhill. Definitely not what it used to be.

Waited over an hour for our food. Waitress was unprofessional, barely came to check on us, or update us on when our food was going to be coming. We asked multiple times for certain things and would not get them. When we got seated they didn’t give us utensils. Food was below par. People that came in after us got their food first. Went there on my birthday, was the worst experience I have had at a restaurant. Will not be returning.

Saginaw St Restaurant in Lansing MI… Arrived patiently knowing they’d be busy on Veterans Day. Half hour wait – but no worries. Got sat within their stated timeframe. Our waitress was Maliah C who arrived with a smile and got our drink order quickly and also took our food order, knowing it might be a wait… but nope, food arrived quicker than expected! Just a great overall experience! Great job you guys!

A nice steak instead in was extremely fatty piece of nothing , I Got fries for my baby and some a-wipe litterally but my steak on top of the fries which soaked them . Chicken was dry and old which was still tossed in bbq sauce . The killer is I requested a refund and some time of “glitch“happen and I was charged 3xs instead of a refund. I was giving my money back but I was still in a negative for a week

I found about 5 hairs in my burger after I already ate most of it. It looked like they dropped it on the floor and picked it back up! I told the waitress and all I got was a replacement. No, I didn’t get a burger again! Please be careful here. I also found a live bug in my salad the time before that. Walking around, I mean ALIVE. I am never going back. Yes, I took pictures of the hairs. I am posting them here.

I ordered takeout our from here. I asked for the Steak and +$1 Shrimp combo. I asked for medium. I got it more on the rare side. Good thing I’m a big meat connoisseur or else I’d be pretty upset. The caramelized onions were cut chunky slices so it didn’t get to actually caramelize, or whoever cooked it rushed it. I did think the steak was pretty flavorful. Ended it off with brownie, ice cream, fudge. I thought the packaging was exceptional. Is there room for improvement? Yes. Am I absolutely turned away? Not completely.
