Its a quick stop because its closest to children hospital so we just like to get quick bite to eat before we go to the hotel sometimes. But the workers are ALWAYS so ignorant and cocky no matter how nice you are .the vibe is so off! … they really have terrible customer service there. And their wigs hairs are always flying all over

We got McDonald’s here twice today and the first time ever. Egg McMuffin was terrific, big Macs were terrific. The egg McMuffin was like a really breakfast sandwich, crispy edges on the English muffin, the yolk almost a little runny. The big Mac had lots of lettuce, didn’t skimp on special sauce, and was generous with pickles. It was Very pleasant experience. My boyfriend also said all of the employees he interacted with were really terrific. Huzzah. Great job, y’all.

This Mcdonalds closes early and opens late. The order is usually never correct.
Its obvious they are short staffed but I feel like it’s definitely a management issue because the other mcdonalds on Penn is worlds above this one.

I’ve eaten at what feels like hundreds of McDonald’s over multiple decades so I think I’m pretty familiar with the their menu and typical quality… and after getting a drive through order here I felt this location deserved a positive Google review. We were just passing through town and got a quarter pounder cheeseburger meal and a regular cheeseburger. Both burgers were prepared well – as if the kitchen crew cared about their work. The fries were especially good that day too. Kudos to them and thanks for a great lunch.

Nobody here has ever been properly trained or has any customer service sense. They’ll lock the doors, but still demand you to come inside to pick up your order, and force you to waste your time going back and forth with the drive thru and doors without ever giving you your order. It’s actually insane.

Very dirty place, time limit is 15 min just for dining in, we had to eat on the car. Also did not provide napkins at ALL! ALSO FORGOT OUR CHOCOLATE MILK! Staff also didn’t take ANY NOTICE! zero! Go to the one on 6361 Penn Street instead. DO NOT GO HERE!

Awful atmosphere. They lock the doors to the dining room, and the drive through took 45 minutes. Every staff member was put out and on their phones the entire time. Do not go to this location. Literally the worst McDonald’s location I have ever been to.
