If I could give 0 stars I would. This is absolutely the worst place to complete a curbside order. This is not my first time having this experience. I have ordered before and my order was completely lost online. So today I decided to call and place my order. As I was 18 minutes away from arriving to the establishment. The person taking my order stopped during my order to put me on hold and never came back to the phone. At this point I was on hold for about 15 minutes. Someone finally comes to the phone as I’m arriving and states she doesn’t know who I was on the phone with maybe the call center but she could start over and take my order. So now I’m at the restaurant waiting for my food. When the point of calling while I’m route to place the order my food could have been completed. After receiving my food it was completely dried out, did not fill my queso to the lid and limited beef on my nachos (photos below) I am not a happy customer and will not be returning.

I’m giving a three because the manager was absolutely wonderful.The Waitress was absolutely horrible and Rude.. Ordered a burger To be pink inside when it came it was over season dry and well done. My son’s burger and husband’s burger was both overdone and dry. We told the waitress, and apparently she takes it personal when the cook messes up on a order. Our waitress had no customer service the waitress needs to be retrained on how to deal with unsatisfied customers. I was so upset I just wanted my check to get out of that place. The manager is the only reason I will give this place a second chance.We went here about a month ago, and our experience was wonderful. This time our experience was the worst. Some of your servers are giving you a bad name.

Host was friendly. Waitress came and took our drink order only. I flagged her and ordered 2 different appetizers for 5 to share. Appetizers arrived with no plates. I asked for plates and were brought 4 plates for 5 people. Waitress came and took our orders then came back after our appetizers were finished and said she threw our order away, could we please tell her our order again. Watched two different wait persons bring out orders and try to give them to the incorrect table. Our food came and my oldest grandsons was wrong and I had to ask for my side of ranch. Staff really need to be trained to pay attention. Maybe number your tables and put on the order the table number it goes to so food isn’t delivered to the wrong table.

Walked in, after waiting for 5 minutes a larger group came in and we were finally seated (before them). Waited for server, yet another group (not the original group that arrived that got us seated) came in and got seated. The other people that arrived after us got their drinks and we still hadn’t ordered any drinks or food. We left, not one person in there acknowledged us. Will not return to this location.

Brittany W took great care of my kids and me when we came in the other night for dinner. She was super friendly and very patient with us. It’s hard to find great service like that but she was a natural. We will definitely be back because of her!

My group had Lisa as a server, and she was absolutely incredible! We had a 20+ group, and she handled everything so well and took care of everyone with speed. She was very nice, as well as very funny. Definitely will be asking for her again!
