Came here for the $12.99 all you can eat boneless wings and unlimited fries and it hit the spot for sure. Our waiter made sure we got our moneys worth with putting our wing orders in timely and get them out to the table quickly. We went at a slower time so it was nice to chit chat at a regular volume for once. Would’ve gave 5 stars but the new recipe for the sweet Asian wings is horrible and we only ever got one serving of fries a piece so we kind of missed the “unlimited” part of the deal but still very filling. The honey pepper wings (not pictured) were by far the best addition. Run over before the deal is over!

Everything that was good, was great. Everything wrong couldn’t be fixed. Rough night? New staff cooking? Server was polite and thoughtful. Manager offered to cook steak a 3rd time. Do not bother with french onion soup. I know most restaurants get it is bags and heat it up but…usually it is not mediocre with scorched cheese. The chicken wonton tacos were amazing

Applebees in Columbus. It was a Wednesday about 2. I could tell they were short staffed. I ordered the chicken wrap. It was “ok” i myself wouldn’t order it again. My drink was great. It took a bit to place a order.

I’m a fan of Applebee’s and never had a problem, but this time I ordered the grilled chicken and mashed potatoes and green beans. My chicken was not cooked all the way to my liking almost undone. It was very chewy and you could tell they didn’t cook it enough. My garlicky green beans were over seasoned so much that I couldn’t consume them and needed water just to not throw up and swallow. My mashed potatoes were good & that’s it!

Normally I have no issue here but this time really did it for me. 28 minutes sitting there. Being ignored. A server went to every table/booth around us and didn’t even acknowledge us. The cook came out to say hi and he got our waters. That was it. Absolutely ridiculous to sit there that long. I understand if you’re busy, but come over and AT LEAST get our drinks, greet us or something. Would 100% rate 0 if I could right now.

We had to wait a while to get our order taken which wasn’t a big deal because the waiter was busy with another table. We ordered the brew pub waffle fries and when they finally came out there was no ranch dressing with them and the cheese wasn’t really melted. I ordered a a chicken fajita roll up and it didn’t have much in it. I also had to ask for the mexi ranch dip that is supposed to come with it. The onion rings were very good though. My husband ordered a sirloin steak and get hardly eat it because it was just fat. We definitely will not visit this location again. Disappointing use of a gift card we got for Christmas.

ZERO STARS : My niece and I visited the Brice road location on 11/11/2022 at approximately 7:30 pm and we both were totally disgusted and appalled at what we witnessed. She arrived 10 minutes ahead of myself and was told there was a 30 minute wait despite the restaurant having less than 10 patrons. We were told we couldn’t sit at the bar; which only had a few other guests seated there. After questioning it we were permitted to sit at bar to order drinks but no food. 40 minutes passed and we asked about our table. We were told we still had 20 minutes. Again I questioned it and after this person, an AA male who appeared under the influence, went to the back to “speak with manager” he came back and said his watch was wrong and seated us at a table in a section completely empty except a female employee who was half lying down at the last booth arguing and crying with someone on the phone. Once she hung up she just sat for the entire time we were there. We witnessed 4 employees go to her to ask her what was wrong and if she was alright. Not one employee ever came to our table to offer water etc. We only had menus because they gave them to us at the bar; from which we couldn’t order. Frustrated with the hour wait and absolutely no contact with anyone except the bartender we left; still hungry. Another group of people that had came in not long after us left for the same reasons. They had not even been given menus. We did observe one single Caucasian server doing what he was supposed to do in his section with the few customers he had. Whoever owns this location needs to shut it down. There were more employees walking around doing nothing then customers. Several young men (employees) had on sagging pants with their nasty underwear showing. The best part of the visit was the drink. It was one of the holiday specials. The bartender was attentive and made sure our drinks were to our satisfaction. She was truly the only professional we dealt with in that rat hole last night. Kudos to her for putting up with such management and coworkers. I’m not sure how she is motivated to report to work in such a deplorable atmosphere. We will not be returning and have told family and friends about our experience. In hindsight we now know why the parking lot was so empty on a Saturday night. Apparently others already know what we just found out. That location is deplorable and is giving the brand a horrible stain on its reputation. Don’t waste your time visiting this location.

Waited 20 min for our food and our order was messed up 2 times finally corrected and my first chicken was big but burnt the second one that came out was small and a little burnt, the steak was dry and burnt the broccoli was soaked and burnt. I asked for grilled shrimp they gave me the crunchy shrimp wrong again. We order boneless wings they were so hard you can throw them at the wall and still wouldn’t break apart. Tonight’s food wasn’t that great at all so disappointed but christian the waiter her was polite, nice and so helpful maybe he needs to train people but the cook needed to go back to cooking school. Today is my bday and they didn’t even sing it to me nor gave me my bday dessert sadness me. Also my quesadilla was hard and not enough chicken in them and I asked for extra so when they came back out the last time we’ll I’ll show pictures.

I placed an order and when I arrived at this disorganized place, it was not busy at all. The cashier had to run to pick up orders and run the register. They left fries off my order. When I called to speak to a manager, I was placed on hold indefinitely. I called back twice and no one picked up. This location will be closed like the one off East Broad Street. I think the restaurant is being ran by middle school kids, no professionalism at all. I called back the forth ti.e and it was like the girl laid the phone down. I’m going to not recommend going to this chaos restaurant. Jon Tafer from the show “Bar Rescue” would shut this place down.

The food is… meh. There’s always something a little off… no seasoning, food isn’t warm all the way through, weird texture, watery drinks, steak seemed more steamed than grilled. But every now and then you get something that looks tastes good. I keep going back for reasonable prices and the hope that the food will taste good again. Never go for the service, especially the Brice location. Everyone acts like they’re annoyed you showed up and can’t wait for you to leave.
