We had a setver named Nikki she was one of the best servers I have had in a long time. She made the visit very nice as she showed compassion for being there for me and my siblings and made sure we was very comfortable with everything . She recommended some drinks for us and checked on us many times through our stay. Definitely would recommend her and this restaurant as the food and drinks very good .

Apples is a chain but this food was so amazing!!! Best apps we’ve encountered in a LONG time. His burger was PERFECT. Price was less than $40 for two! We’re stuffed and had leftovers to go. Can’t say enough amazing things about how fast the food came and how courteous & attentive Serena was. 10/10 Would recommend.

One star because cleanliness is everything when I walk into a restaurant actually it starts with when I pull onto the lot… It was so dirty that honestly we should have turned around and walked right back out of this restaurant. The reason we stayed was solely based on the food we received on previous visits. As you can clearly see in my pictures the floor was disgusting, the booth seat was disgusting and had trash and food and let’s not forget about the hair tie. You can’t see in my photos the thick stickiness that was on the table in several spots and all the food and trash underneath the table on the floor. Then my boyfriend takes the kids to the restroom and it’s one of the most disgusting public bathrooms I have seen in a very long time. The hostess should have never seated us in this clearly dirty section & then when the server came to the table and saw the same mess and saw me taking pictures you would think that she would have moved us or grabbed a broom and a dustpan or even offer me a clean wet towel to wipe the table off with but she did not. The filthiness was definitely the worst thing about this visit. And they are clearly not taking care of any of the buildings upkeep. Torn ripped missing wallpaper missing wooden trim off the walls. Our server wasn’t bad we did to her $15 because she made sure we didn’t run out of drink and she brought our appetizers and food out hot. We ordered three whiskey burgers well done & mine had some red in the center and all three of them were very dry with partly any sauce on them at all. They didn’t taste bad just dry. The kids didn’t complain about their kids pizzas. This Applebee’s location has been our go-to restaurant for family outings for the past few years but next time we decided to go we will definitely be visiting a different location and hoping to walk into a much cleaner restaurant. PS I work in a restaurant myself and I would never have my doors open with my restaurant in this condition. Some things are out of our control working in the restaurant but these are things that we continue to insist on being taken care of by other management the cleanliness is all in house and solely falls on the managers not managing their they’re crew and holding them to high standards. I sure hope this review reaches the right people who reach out to the DM and GM of this restaurant and get these issues taken care of sooner rather than later. And if anyone’s wondering if it was just so dirty because of the super bowl I did ask our server if they were really busy today because of the super bowl and she said honestly we haven’t had many tables at all we’ve been pretty dead all day today. It probably would have been a lot smarter for her to have lied to me and said yes we were so busy today It was crazy. We received no apologies for the mess all three workers we encountered acted like it was completely normal for it to look so disgusting surrounding the tables.

The bourbon street chicken was really good I highly enjoyed it I came with my sister and she got the new cheesy burger it’s basically a cheese burger with melted cheese underneath she enjoyed it. Our server was really nice and checked in multiple times

Only waited about 15 minutes even though the restaurant seemed somewhat busy. Our waitress was really polite and attentive. Other staff asked if we were doing well throughout our visit, noting that they were short staffed. Drinks and appetizers were out right away. Dinner was great and just what you expect from the pictures. They handled being short staffed very well!

The food was typical Applebee’s food very good and they had a new menu item that I really enjoyed. The bartender however who was also our server just had stank faced the whole time and never smiled or wasn’t personable which was a turn off but besides her everything else was great. Drinks were fine.

Im incredibly disappointed in this Applebee’s location. Tonight I ordered dinner for pick up. I placed the order around 830pm and when my husband went to get it, he was met with a rude staff who treated him like a burden for being their. He brings the food home, and I am missing quite a bit a food. Like 4 different things for 2 dinners. I was bummed but I get it things happen. I called to ask for a refund and the employee said she packed the order herself and absolutely put the items in there. I again reiterated I didnt have my food. So she called me a liar again saying she did give us the items. She then said a manger would have to help me and wouldn’t be there until the morning and since I was unwilling to come back she couldn’t help me. So I asked when the manager would be in. She put me on hold and magically manager came and refunded my items. Which is all i was asking for, I was not asking for a full order comp. The manager was dismissive and did everything to get me off the phone. Im not sure if this is a regular occurrence or if they just had a bad night but needless to say even though Applebee’s is one of my favorite chains, I will not be returning to this location and unfortunately its the only one near me.

When we first walked into the restaurant, it took them around 15 minutes to seat us. The place wasn’t busy, they had around 10-16 free tables and it still took them 15 minutes. On top of that, we had to wait nearly AN HOUR for our food. The servers were very neglectful and seemed like they didn’t want to work. We also watched around 10 different families walk in and leave because the workers, for some reason wouldn’t seat anyone. The number of staff wasn’t even sparse, there were around 5 servers working and somehow the service was insanely lacking. The food wasn’t bad but needed a little bit more seasoning. If you are looking for good service and people who actually care, I would NOT recommend this Applebee’s. Such a disappointment.
