This is the most popular Applebee’s in Knoxville. I spoke with Shawn (the Manager) and she was very pleasant. Her staff were also great! I look forward to visiting again and again.

Excellent service and quick service. Tried the $10 lunch special and was not disappointed. Waitress was very nice and polite. The Fiesta Lime Chicken was very juicy and tasty. The rice that came with it wasn’t bad just plain tasting (add salt makes it better.) Overall completely satisfied and will return.

Went for endless boneless wings. Absolutely not impressed. Our first order was barely warm. We didn’t complain just ordered more and requested they be hot explained to the waitress that our food wasn’t hot. The next set was hot but very hard . It was obvious they had been double dipped. They took already cooked wings and re dropped them to heat them up. Super disappointed… also don’t order the cole slaw…it tasted terrible. $60 for our meal and McDonald’s could have done better. Applebees u can do better!

We order the Chicken Won Ton Tacos & Chicken Quesadillas probably weekly because we enjoy them so much & they are so fresh & always hot & fresh at curbside delivery. We ordered them tonight before Super Bowl, though, and they were inedible. The Won Ton Tacos tasted stale, they weren’t crunchy, the slaw was sloppy and too old & stale to even stomach. I felt sick after two bites. The quesadillas were cold, undercooked in some parts, so hard that you couldn’t even bite through them in other parts, and the quesadillas didn’t even come close to meeting up in the pan when “cooked.” To top it off, the wait at curbside delivery was insanely long. I understand that’s going to happen on Super Bowl Sunday but was it necessary to run a “Free 40 Wings” special tonight? You were going to be slammed with business without the special. This only made it impossible for anyone to get decent service

We had lunch after catching a movie. It was great. We ate off the lunch menu so everything besides the kids meal chicken tenders were $9.99. The portions were large we ended up with two boxes! Everything was delicious. Our service was great.

So far, every server has been super nice. Our last visit was a little sub par. Our water was spilled by the waitress and one item was wrong. Apologies, clean up and replacement were quick! The chicken wonton tacos are delicious!

We ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and boneless wings. Tessa was our server. The food came out fast and Tessa was on point with everything. She didn’t hover or hound us, but our drinks never ran dry and she made sure that reorders where put in to arive right on time. The boneless wings are more chicken then breading (pleasant suprise) and the flavors, we had the sweet chili, garlic parm and spicy honey) where all packed with fantastic flavor! The mushroom Swiss burger is where everything changed. I have been a big fan of mushroom Swiss burgers for most of my 52 years on this planet, and this one was the best I have ever had. Hands down!!!! Recommendation: order it medium.
