I just wanted to start off and say that I highly recommend this taco cabana especially the employee by the name of Sharon she was able to help me and modify my Mexican pizza the way I wanted.But her manager should take people’s skills from her and quit policing. great service great employees they just need a different manager

I went through this taco cabana drive through around 1:40 pm on 5/13/23. When I pulled up, I was the only one in line, so I rolled down my window just as it started to rain and waited for about 30 seconds or so and heard no one on the intercom come to assist. At this point, my car started to get wet due to the window being rolled down, so I saw no harm in pulling up to the window where there was a cover to wait for help. A lady came to the window and rudely told me I had to order at the intercom. I told her I did wait to order and no one greeted me, so because my car was getting wet, I pulled up to get help. She said she did greet me, but I had my window rolled up and that there were cars behind me who had ordered. My thought was if she saw my window rolled up to begin with, why didn’t she wait till I rolled it down to answer? However, at that point, I was frustrated with her poor service level, so I told her never mind and just drove off. I don’t live in this area, but when I do visit customers around here, I always choose this place over others. I will not be coming here again thanks to this employee who thinks it’s ok to be rude.

Look the food is always great but the service is very unorganized. I placed an online curbside order but when I got to the designated parking spot, I called six times and no one answered. Straight to voicemail. So I went to the drive thru and they said they’d have it ready at the window. Pulled up to the window and they directed me BACK to the curbside parking spot claiming that it was almost ready. At this point it’s 30 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. I tried calling the curbside number again and still no answer. Meanwhile, I’m seeing a steady stream of people leaving with food from the drive thru. Like how do you not have my order that I placed almost an hour ago but making food asap for orders you just got?? Anyway, another 10 minutes go by without my order. I get back in the drive thru line and it’s taking forever cause it’s cinco de mayo. 15 minutes later I get to the window and they have it ready – turns out it was ready the whole time. The lady at the window was very nice and apologetic and offered me a free drink. I could tell they didn’t do it intentionally but there has to be major communication issues going on. If you want food from this location, don’t place an online order.

Ordered for pickup ahead of time, the door was still locked at 730am (should be open at 6am). Knocked and they just looked at me and didn’t open it. Sat in a long drive thru for over 20mins for them to say “the door is open.” And argue with me!

As you can see, The chicken is over cooked or dried out. I clearly had to throw out the salad. Stay away from this location, go somewhere else for fresh ingredients.

Save your time and dont go here. Its obvious the employees dont care and dont even look at your ticket since they left out our salsas and they gave us the entirely wrong quesadilla. The sopaipillas were also super dense and sad. The steak fajita was extremely dry and basically unedible aswell. Also warning to any vegetarian the refried beans have LARD.
