We went in and the high top table had flyers all over it and they would not move them to accommodate us. I am handicapped and cannot get out of a booth. I have a hard time getting out of normal chairs. We go here because they have high top tables. It has never been an issue before. They didn’t have a table with a server so we left. They didn’t care. I know young people need jobs but they need to know how to be patron friendly. We may not go back.

I ordered to go pick up through a 3rd party. When i called the restaurant to check and see the status because my toddler passed out on the 5min drive there not only was my food ready 10min before the estimate but Jeremy offered to run out my food so I didn’t have to leave my little one. I was so appreciative, especially at 7pm on a Saturday.

Had an amazing experience with the Bartender yesterday! Trevor was the most outstanding person I’ve ever met. Was very busy assisting others, but didn’t walk pass me once without making sure I was okay. Very helpful! Never have seen that type of service, he is definitely for the people. Very suggestive when it came to what drinks to order, and told me his favorites to eat as well. Best service in the world! I can’t wait to go back to see him again. I’ve had a lot of great experiences through Applebees, but my time yesterday was the best time I had there! Thank you Trevor for the great service, and keep up the good work!

Took 7 minutes for our server to come ask for our order. They claimed they forgot about us. We ordered our drinks, appetizers, and meal all at once. After 20 minutes of waiting, our waters were finally brought to our table and our other drinks would be coming out shortly. We said forget about it and left. Waste of time.

Visited this Applebees on a busy night so our service wasn’t the greatest which is understandable. We were given our appetizer at the end of our meal, so I explained we no longer wanted the appetizer and asked to have the appetizer taken off of our receipt. The appetizer was still on the receipt. We didn’t receive silverware with our food and had to wait quite some time before receiving silverware. We never received drink refills as well. We ordered more food and asked to get it to go. When we got home we noticed moist towel packets were placed under our food in the to go containers.

This is the first time my husband and I has ever expected the type of service we received Friday night. Our waitress barely came to our table, never once checked to make sure we were good or needed anything at all. But the 3 other tables she had around us she was there almost every 5 mins laughing and making sure they has everything they needed. Not once did she offer to fill ou water or my husbands pop. When asked for the bill it took about 10 mins to receive it and no the place was not busy. We waitrd for her to come back to get the check for about 10 to 15 mins until my husband got up and took it to the manager. Only to find our waitress standing in the back laughing and joking with the people in the back. Even after the horrible service we still left a tip at the table that she didn’t deserve

Not a very good experience. We had curbside, 4 entrees, $50 plus total bill and it said would be done by 8:06 pm. Long story short, we didn’t get our food until about 8:30 pm. We even had a car pull up well after us and they got their before us. Curbside was not at all busy. 3 of us , not all at the same time but you get what I’m saying. And when the server brought their food out they actually asked if we had a curbside order and even after he went inside it took another 10-15 minutes for them to finally bring it out. I was compted 2 free entree coupons for the inconvenience it’s the little things like that that make me mean sometimes. Sorry, just had to vent.

We decided to try Applebee’s and unfortunately was disappointed. The hostess was attentive and for us our table with minimal wait. That is the only positive part of our visit. Our waiter walked by us many times and even started serving another table that was seated after us. I don’t like to make a scene so after 30 min we got up and Informed the hostess we were leaving and did not get served at all. Our waiter never even acknowledged us. No water, no hello…. Nothing.

Definitely won’t be back. Ordered the Fiesta lime chicken and rice. The chicken was good however the rice was dry and room temperature, clearly had been under a heat lamp for hours. Unedible. Waitress never came back to check on our table or refill drinks. Restaurant was nowhere near busy.
