Not one to leave reviews usually at all. Ordered DoorDash this morning at 11:30 a.m. Side Caesar salad and French onion soup. They forgot my extra Caesar dressing that I paid for—first of all, which is totally fine, since the entire salad was uneatable.
As someone who has been in the server and management business before, this is absolutely unacceptable. This is just a few pieces of lettuce—the entire salad looked this way. Could not eat it at all, and it had a weird smell. Don’t understand how someone could send this kind of lettuce to a customer.
I order from here at least once a month. Never again.

What a great experience. Hubby and I have not been to an Applebees in a long time. We took advantage of their Veterans Day free lunch or dinner. Hubby had the bacon cheeseburger and I had the three cheese penne and chicken. Both entrees were delicious!!! The burger and fries were delicious, moist burger and generous portion. My pasta was fresh, delicious and I had leftovers for tomorrow. The meals were entirely free for Veterans and honored. It’s not something I take for granted but truly appreciate this. They gave us each a $5 off card for our next meal, so yes, Applebees, you won us back! Great food, great service and we’ll spread the word! I fell out of love with Applebees but I’m glad I gave you another chance. I was not disappointed and will look forward to seeing you again! Thank you for honoring Veterans and being generous. It was noticed and won these two patrons back!!! God bless the local franchisee owner, we highly recommend this restaurant!!!

My Favorite of favorite places to eat. I love the staff, the atmosphere, the food is perfection and the drinks. The prices are the icing on the cake. I actually love RV about this place. Me and my family are from New Jersey now living here in fort Payne Alabama, We always come here when company comes to visit or for any celebration. Love you, see you soon.lol

I am in Alabama singing Fancy Like by Walker Hayes. I enjoyed Applebee’s even though it was not a date night. The service was good. The food was OK. Watching the games was a bonus.

My food and drink were delicious! I think they were short staffed and behind because I had my food for 5 mins before I got a drink, napkins, or even silverware. Everything tasted great though!

Hunter is the best and most attentive bartender ever. I am not in town often but, when I am, I always stop in here. It’s evident that his regulars think a lot of him and he takes great care of them as well as anyone else who sits at his bar.

The food was AMAZING! The cook (Austin) did not disappoint at all! It was absolute perfection. Exactly how we wanted it with no complaints. It was definitely the best we have ate in a long time! I used to not care much for this place at all but we decided to go and give it one more try and it so good! Our server Brittany J was fast, friendly, kept our drinks filled up and made sure everything was to our liking. I spoke with the manager Ryan and told him how satisfied we was and he did everything he could to try to make the experience even better! This place has definitely improved. We will be coming back.

We stopped in on our way to Chattanooga. The parking lot didn’t look too full, so we thought we could get in and out fairly quickly. This wasn’t the case. I will say my dirty martini and salmon were great. No complaints on the food at all. A more attentive server would’ve been nice.
