Was boxed in the drive thru for over 15 minutes because the 2 cars in front of me were parked due to low product inventory (cashier said ) my food is now cold and I’m not about to eat next to this drive thru window . After asking how long it would be Lady told me to Reverse, yea and risk getting rear ended for going the wrong way … ridiculous !!! give a heads up at speaker at least, to get off and pick up my order inside instead .

Came in on a layover off of a Greyhound, carrying one backpack, wearing nice clothes and khakis, there was a huge line when I came in and I needed to use the restroom which they had locked. I asked the manager on duty to let me use it and he said I had to order food before I could knowing that there was a line of 4 or 5 people ahead of me. I tried to reason with him about buying food as soon as I come out that I just got off a bus after ten hours. He just kept saying ” bathroom for customers order first” so I had to walk in circles around he store trying not to urinate on myself until I could order to get a receipt to use the bathroom. Then when he finally let me in I said this was ridiculous, and he kept saying bathrooms for customers, I obviously am a customer, but I’m also a human being who needed to pee. Treating every single person who comes through the door with a backpack on like they’re a homeless drug addict is an absurd business model when your store is a block away from the grey hound station. After I came out I asked for his name because he isn’t wearing a name badge and he wouldn’t give it to me. Wanted to know why I wanted it and I told him I was reporting this interaction with corporate and he still wouldn’t give it to me. So I’ve left this review and also left a support ticket with Burger King support. People who can’t give customer service to everyone, shouldn’t be working in customer service.

The food was good. The service was okay. But when you are hungry after 16 hours of a long ride on Greyhound bus, my stomach appreciated more than my eyes!

Worst ever we walked in my son needed to use restroom and almost peed his pants because the lady would not open the restroom until we bought something when we were standing in line to get something.this establishment doesn’t deserve any stars when managers and and employees dont care and are willing to watch a child pee themselves untill you give them your money degrading and humiliating to human kind dont waste your money here

I was eating with my family at 12:00pm today at Burger King in Stanton 79901 and this homeless guy came in lurking thru the trash because he was hungry and the workers kicked him out very disrespectful the workers was just talking without doing what they are supposed to do they didn’t even clean the trash what a shame and inhumane

I just wanted to make it clear that I would give it half a star but seeing as it’s impossible to give it that they will get only one star. The food is good. But it’s the rude behavior of it’s employees that make it a bad review. A cashier is supposed to take the customers order but instead she just walked off and decided to go talk to a co worker instead of doing her job. And we were ready to order. It took a long while for someone to take our order. Got up to the front to ask for a to go bag and then a cup holder and was ignored every time. They had our drinks in the front and didn’t say anything so we didn’t know it was ours and it got water down. They even had a sign that said they refuse to service to anyone. It’s the rude and bad behavior is more like it. I don’t recommend going to eat at this place.
