Heather our Server was superb. She took our order. Repeated it. However, when it came. My burger had the garlic mayo on it when I had requested no garlic mayo. She stopped by asked how everything was. I politely told her. She took my plate away had another burger remade correctly, with fries. And brought me a side of plain mayo. Then she brought a box to take it home. She said, if I order it and it wasn’t correct. I would send it back. I’m paying for it. I was surprised. But so thanjgul for her initiative.

I was happy to see the Applebee’s located within a couple miles of my home… It did not take very long to get seeded for three people including handicapped person that was very happy… It’s nice to see this Applebee’s in North fort Myers

Items on menu were nice variety& priced affordability. Atmosphere stopped when drinks didn’t arrive/ refill until asked. Utensils, napkins, condiments asked for or I approached someone located standing nearby. My medium-rare steak dinner was so overcooked I couldn’t chew it,broccoli was soggy. Special evening I drove eight hours to spend with my son after missing Christmas together. You guys and gals do better in the service industry you chose, ok?

3pm on a Saturday, only a dozen at best in the whole place, even at at the bar, and still service was slow. At one point the bartender disappeared for 10 minutes. Silverware him was right in front of us so we even got to watch the bartender pick died food off the utensils before giving them to another patron at the bar.

Service was good once we got a waiter, however, that took at least 25 minutes and that was after complaining twice to the hostess that no one was taking care of our table. There were 6 of us that met there at 5pm so I’m sure about the timeline. Had it just been my wife and I, we would have left.
