“I recently visited Applebee’s and had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, we were waiting to be seated when a gentleman with a phone cut in front of us. Despite our presence being prior, the host attended to him first, seemingly due to him picking up an order.
Our main concern was the presentation of the food – some plates had visible dirt around the edges, which was unappealing. The impossible burger was GREAT! A slice of pickle on the side would’ve been a nice touch. The portion of fries was a bit small. The salmon was enjoyable, though a sauce or dressing would complement it well.
The food took approximately 1.5 hours to arrive. I’d like to commend manager Miguel for his humility and polite handling of issues that arose. Overall, I would rate my experience 3 and half stars. I hope to see improvements on my next visit.”

I had such an amazing experience at Applebee’s, and it was all thanks to our waitress, Cesary. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with such a warm, genuine smile and made us feel completely welcomed. Her energy was positive, friendly, and professional all at the same time.
Cesary was incredibly attentive without ever being overwhelming. She made sure our drinks stayed full, checked in at the perfect times, and made sure everything came out exactly right. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. She was patient, kind, and made the whole dining experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.
What really stood out was her attitude. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and her personality made the entire visit better. Great service like that is rare, and she absolutely deserves recognition.
Because of Cesary, I will definitely be coming back. She is a huge asset to your team, and I hope management knows how lucky they are to have her. Thank you for such an outstanding experience!

Server was new and she was trying, we ordered an appetizer to split. It took about 30 minutes to come out, then it was luke warm. Asked for the sauce 3 times never got it. The manager took her time coming out after we asked for her. The server is not fully to blame but somewhat is. I feel

We had a great dinner at Applebee’s! The Chicken and Shrimp dinner for my wife and the Limited time Cheese Cheese burger and pretzel bread and cheese for me. Fantastic!! +++
But what we really appreciated was the service. Alyssa* was simply wonderful and very personable helping us with the menu items and made sure the drinks were filled. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks Alyssa!!

Had a great Valentine’s Day experience here with my daughter.
The place was pretty full, but they got us seated right away and the service was surprisingly fast. Kendall was very patient and kind with my daughter — she even gave her extra pens after overhearing her, which meant a lot.

The general manager Chad Benson was a nightmare! My fiancé and I sat in a small booth on the southwest corner of the restaurant. My fiancé is a retired CCPD and also served in the United States Air Force. We usually sit on the same side of the table but were unable to due to the seating only accommodating one per side. Since my fiancé could not hear me I went and sat on his side of the table so he could hear me. We were not inappropriate. We were not groping each other or even kissing. Mr. Benson approached us with an obvious attitude. He expressed that I needed to sit on the other side of the table since Applebee’s is a family restaurant and it was against the restaurant’s standards. I attempted to reason with him. I am 60 years old with 6 grandchildren. I would never want to offend anyone. We did our best to try to work things out with him, however, his attitude remain the same. He felt he had nothing to apologize about even after trying to reason with him. His attitude is a mile high and very far from service oriented. I have worked in the medical field for 43 years and would never attempt to treat any client as he did us tonight. I give a one star but only because of the management. The waitresses were wonderful. The atmosphere would have been fine if he would not have destroyed it. Kudos to Alyssa and Kendall for their great service as waitresses.

Worst experience possible. Didn’t feel welcomed. They didn’t make my wife’s drink stating the bar tender didn’t know how to make it, so they presented her with something different. If you don’t have properly trained employees, how can you sustain a running business. Won’t come back.

On Wednesday evening, we had an early dinner and took advantage of the half-price appetizer promotion.
As we walked in we noticed two employee’s getting menu’s together. It’s weird eye contact was made between us but NO welcome or greeting. Fortunately, I was wearing my Meta glasses, which recorded the entire interaction.
One of the employee’s made a comment at my wife’s shirt and said something about her Big Mac shirt and why are we here ? I must emphasize the whole time we’re standing there they never put down the menus that they were getting together. I guess that was more important than the greeting. Then, finally, the hostess did ask us how many people. Total unprofessional.
I give the first interaction a 1 out of 5 . Just poorly greeted
Upon being seated, we were promptly greeted by our waitress, Cesary. Her exceptional customer service significantly enhanced our experience, particularly following our initial interactions with the first two employees.
Cesary consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and a positive demeanor. Her service merits a perfect score of 5 out of 5.
We selected three appetizers, which constituted our meal. Our initial order consisted of onion rings. Subsequently, we ordered the wonton tacos, and finally, the boneless wings accompanied by blue cheese dressing. The quantity of food was substantial, resulting in us taking home half of the onion rings and nearly all of the boneless wings.
So our over all experience was rated 4 out of 5 . I would have given a 5 but just the first interaction was not.the best it could have been.

Applebees has always had some sort of deal and lately it’s a 2 for $25 deal. My wife and I went and we both opted for the Asian Chicken Salad as our entree and the deal also includes one appetizer. We selected Mozzarella Sticks. They serve a plentiful portion of these ooey gooey warm stringy mozza sticks along with a flavorful marinara sauce for dipping. Our salads were excellent! It’s a salad that has been on their menu for a long time – one my wife orders often. Crispy breaded chicken tenders top a bed of fresh Asian greens, crunchy noodles and almonds tossed in a Oriental vinaigrette. The salad is accompanied with a golden brown butter topped bread stick that perfumes the air with garlicky goodness. Yea, I really enjoy the bread stick!. What a great dinner at a great price. It’s one of the few chain eateries we will frequent.
