This is absolutely ridiculous. This is my second week dealing with this Olive Garden in Parma. last week, I ordered dinners for me and my son. We clearly had someone else’s dinners because their name was on the sticker on the containers. I called right away that MANAGER accommodated me that’s why for Service I gave him five stars. I am still waiting for the money to be refunded on my credit card however, I wanted to try the new slow cooked beef tortellini and I forgot what they sent me but it had shellfish in it and I’m allergic to shellfish so I could not eat that but today I did go place an order for pick up. When you have a taste for something you have to get it so that’s why I went back today. I told the gentleman very sweet kind guy that dropped off the food at my car. I said let me check because last time my order was wrong so I looked and it was right however, this #<%>> is dry. It tastes old. I don’t see big pieces of meat. I took some out of the container and warmed it up and this is the way it looks. This is absolutely ridiculous. I know for a fact it’s supposed to have some type of gravy or something. This is dry but super buttery with little bitty pieces of meat. You guys have to get this together. Everybody I talk to are kind and pleasant, but the kitchen needs to get better than what it is. This is too much money that I am spending for things not to be correct. and for things I cannot eat this is ridiculous. This was my dinner I cannot eat this garbage!

My appetizer was first served almost cold had to be remade. But while they were remaking it instead of holding on the main course they brought my main course out. I requested a refill on my iced tea which I never got and then was obviously asked if I wanted a dessert. I did not, but what can I say? I am once again disappointed in this location. This is not the first time, but then they stepped it up. There were managers on the floor but not a single manager. Nor person came over to apologize about my appetizer. And I don’t mind paying for something when I get service and value for it. But I don’t feel like got value for it today.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about our visit to Olive Garden in Parma. Our server, Cara was fantastic! Extremely friendly and attentive. Recommended an appetizer that was fabulous! We came for the return of the Stuffed Chicken Marsala and Steak Gorgonzola-both better than we remembered. 10/10 recommend this Olive Garden and ask for Cara’s section…you won’t be disappointed.

Worst OG experience ever. We spent $60 and everything was cold. Poorly prepared. We didn’t even eat it. We only eat out once a month because it has gotten so expensive and this was a total waste of money and such a disappointment.

This was a decent experience. The food was excellent except for the bread that was cold and hard as a rock. The waitress was a little less than attentive, but very sweet and polite (Rachel). She was a little busy on an earlier Sunday dinner time. (3pm)
They get a 5 star because my to go order dropped outside and they made me a new one and did not charge me. ❤️
(I did not point out that they packed the bag with the light salad on the bottom and the hot heavy dinner on top causing it to topple over as I walked to my car.)

I watched the commercial for 2 months and Hubby and I finally had time to go. I ordered Chicken Alfredo with crispy chicken, Salad, breadsticks. Hubby ordered A Taste Of Italy, Tuscan Soup and Bread. EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC our server LAUREN/Parma did a fantastic job who I would like to give a very special SHOUT OUT She had no idea how special our lunch date was, Hubby rang the bell @ Parma General to be cancer free. Thanks keep up the good work. I have been in the food industry for 30 plus years and this is the experience I want every time that I go out to eat, WHICH is very Rare. P.S.We dived right in that why there aren’t any pics.

The whole staff was amazing, food was phenomenal, and we got dinner/a bottle of wine + take home lunch + a midnight snack for less than $100.
We frequent high end restaurants in the area and this was ironically the best experience we’ve had in a while – at an Olive Garden of all places.

Absolutely phenomenal, the service was perfect, The lovely woman waiting on us was new , but so kind and fantastic. The food was just percent perfect, and everything was clean ,and cozy. I’m looking forward to returning many times to come ! As always, tip your servers well.
