I haven’t been to Applebee’s in quite some time. I was looking forward to the apple crisp dessert. However it is no longer on the menu and neither are those little home fry potatoes that I love so much. So I was very sad. However my food was hot and it was really good and my service was amazing.

Our waitress was amazing, the manager even asked if we were doing okay. Fantastic service, food was great as always. The only thing was where we were sitting. There was a lot mold and food around us, I have been at this location multiple times and this is the only time we’ve ever sat in this section near the bathroom.

Honestly it was a overall good experience. Was greeted and seated quickly and server promptly was at our table taking our drink order. Food was rather quick to come out and the skillet was sizzling as it should. The manager came around a couple times to check in on our experience. The only reason atmosphere has 4 stars is because both menus that were given to our table were worn out old and dingy looking.. it’s not a great first impression but I am overall very satisfied with our experience! We got the apple dessert and it was amazing

If I could leave zero stars, I would. We visited on 2/22/26 and from the moment we walked in, it was disappointing. On our way to the table with the host, we noticed that nearly every other table hadn’t been cleaned — and it was obvious they had been sitting that way for quite some time.

After we sat down, our server came over and said, “I’ll be with you in a moment.” Unfortunately, 25 minutes went by and she never returned. Between the lack of cleanliness and being completely ignored, we decided to leave.

I completely understand that restaurants get busy and a few dirty tables here and there are expected — but there were only about five occupied tables in the entire restaurant. After this visit, I can see why.

Absolutely disgusting conditions and terrible service. We will not be returning.

Despite the good service, it was extremely slow from the moment we walked into the restaurant. Most of the food was good, but my steak was overly seasoned, making it hard to enjoy. It was supposed to come with mushrooms, but they seemed to have run out. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed the same issue with seasoning at an Applebee’s. The presentation of my dish spoke for itself. On the positive side, the onion soup was good, the nachos were tasty, and the hamburger was good too!. Overall, an okay experience, but the seasoning issue and slow service make it hard to rate it any higher.

I met a friend here today for appetizers and drinks. We have both been experiencing troubled times with family and medical issues. Between our interaction with Moises( who is always a breath of fresh air with his amazing personality and sense) and our experience and great conversation with manager Jose Vargus they changed our stressful times into laughter and friendliness with great people. You guys have no idea how much you brightened our day. We will definitely be back!

Food was terrible. We had the pick 3 for $14.00+. The pretzel sticks were very dark. The cheese they served with them was not the best. We also had cheese sticks and riblets. The riblets were just ok. I didn’t eat any of those. Ordered a side order of onion rings which were fried crunchy. Basically paid a dollar for each onion ring and two of them were tiny.

We were here at 11:00pm on nov 19, our server was Victoria c (or that’s whose name was implied on the system).
We ordered honey hot boneless wings and buffalo wings as a side dish to the grilled cheese burger.
We were first given the buffalo wings as an appetizer when they were supposed to be a side…????
Then when i received my plate my boneless wings were buffalo instead of honey hot, we waited about 15 minutes without touching our food before the server came back out. I did receive new wings however there was no apology for the wait or the mixup on her and.
Our other plate that was supposed to be the buffalo side dish had hardly any buffalo sauce on the wings. We requested more sauce and she brought dry buffalo sauce. Looked like it been sitting in a container for a minute, was just dried out.
After we finished our meal we asked for the check and boxes. She then proceeds to give us the wrong check.. it was an $82 check when our bill was $46. Nonetheless we were not happy with our service tonight nor the inconveniences that were constantly happening.

We had a very good experience at this restaurant. We went on Mother’s day and the manager was giving away mother’s day discount cards for next visits- I’ve never saw that before. The food was soo delicious and flavorful. We got the mozzarella sticks and they were fresh and on point. My entrée was the sirloin and the 2 sides and everything was delicious. The waitress was kind and attentive. She even offered me butter for my entrée. I had to finish my visit with a desert and I choose the triple chocolate meltdown. I felt in love. The chocolate cake was hot, and that is how is supposed to be. I’ll definitely come back soon.

I visited Applebee’s on Veterans Day and unfortunately had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in quite some time. When I was finally seated, the table was wet and sticky, which was already not a great start. After some time, our server arrived to take our order — I had ordered appetizers, two entrées, and two drinks.

It took quite a while before anything arrived. Strangely, the entrées were brought out first, and the appetizer didn’t make it to the table until much later. We still hadn’t received our drinks, and there was no silverware on the table — I had to ask for that myself.

After waiting too long for our drinks, I decided to walk to the bar to find out what was going on. The bar wasn’t very busy, but it still took a while to get the bartender’s attention. When I finally did, I was told that my drinks had been made but were never served. I could clearly see my beer sitting there, and the margarita hadn’t even been poured into the glass. I had to ask the bartender to pour it, and then I carried both drinks myself back to my table, trying not to spill them.

What made things worse was that my server saw me carrying the drinks and didn’t offer to help — instead, they made a joke about how I must be the server today. That was frustrating and unprofessional. I was never offered a refill or checked on again.
Later, when I asked for the check, it took quite a while to receive it.

Overall, this was one-star service. The quality of service was at an all-time low, and I didn’t need to hear excuses about how long the staff had been working that day. It didn’t seem particularly busy when I arrived late at night, and there was no reason for the level of neglect and disorganization I experienced.

I’m not writing this to sound entitled — I simply expected better service especially on Veterans Day. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location to anyone, and I strongly suggest others avoid it until management improves their staff training and customer service.
