The first set of fries was cooked nicely but incredibly cold, so I asked for new fries. The second batch is now a perfect temperature but obviously overly crispy due to them tossing a batch back into the fryer. Wasn’t impressed with this place.

We were looking forward to a meal out with our family after a busy week. However, the sides that came with our kids meals were not fresh. My kids carrots were so dry and obviously old. The broccoli was chewy. The meals were “ok” but the fries didn’t taste as fresh or look very presentable. What happened to the music? No music was played here. Overall, the customer service was just fine but we were a little disappointed when we brought up the fact our food wasn’t fresh, our server just told us unfortunately if they bring out more carrots they’ll just look the same. How is this the customers problem? Shouldn’t Red Robin be serving fresh food? He should have offered to take it off our bill at least since it wasn’t edible. The broccoli he brought out to replace it wasn’t any better. We were asked again at the end of our meal how everything was, and whoever the lady was that asked me offered to replace our sides for “fresh” carrots but at this point we were already done with our meals. We have been to several Red Robin locations in WA in the past and this one was rather disappointing compared to the others. I don’t think our family will ever return here again.

I scheduled a pickup through DoorDash for it to be ready between 5:25 and 5:35. This was done at 3:00 which is more than enough time for the order to have been ready on time.

We had a great dinner, our server was awesome. I wish we remembered his name, but he made sure we were happy and had all we needed. I’d say walking in was a little hectic due to no one at the front desk to help get people in for a little bit but it was sorted out pretty quickly.

Went here for my 21st birthday with my family and Max was my waiter. He was truly amazing and was super kind and would check in on our table often…but not in a annoying way, it was a smooth, straight to the point way. It was a wonderful dinner and I loved all of the food!

We have visited many red Robin’s over the course of a couple decades at least. Then the last ten years we have had nothing but dissapoints from the two closest to us. About a month to two ago, we decided to give the one in South hill a try because we were hungry. So glad we did. This was everything a red Robin should be. The burger was cooked to perfection. Our exact order and the cook was not afraid to put on the teriyaki sauce. Most have no teriyaki flavor because they barely put any sauce on. These were perfection. Shout out to Mason in the back. The thing that really had us coming back was our server though. He was on top of our table so efficient and friendly. Best server I have encountered in 25 years of eating at a resteraunt. His name is Max and his service had us return and ask for his table. We were informed he had a huge group that was seated. As long as we were not a burden to him, we did not mind wiaitng

I waited almost 30 minutes to be sat today while taking my 3, 2, and 10 month out to lunch today. After being passed by a female that ended up being my waitress multiple times. Before even opening my kids menus within 1 minute of sitting she asked if she could take our order. When I told her we just sat, she didn’t come back for a good 15 minutes. After getting in our orders finally the other waitress had saw my kids getting irritated and got them fries to munch on while waiting. She also ended up bringing out our food. After our waitress asked if I needed anything. I asked for sauce for my bunless burger. She then went to her party of 15 so I never got it. We all were sitting for a while with no refills of anything. I ended up asking the manager for boxes so we could go and she was super helpful as well. Sydney wasn’t helpful as our waitress and did minimal work. I am in the industry so I know how it goes as well as worked at red robins prior. To me this was unacceptable and I will personally never get her as a server again. She was asked if she would take us and if she couldn’t then she shouldn’t. Thankful for the rest of the staff.
