The only reason two stars where given was because the food was good and our waiter was super nice. Other then that we won’t be back. We came for my birthday, and there was maybe 5 people working. We aren’t impatient and where happy chilling and talking. But I assume it was the manager who brought our food, older white man. Had a strange remark to me getting the steak, and my husband not. Which he preferred pasta that day. But the kicker was he stepped on my foot. And I don’t mean lightly I mean full force boot to floor. Thankfully I moved my toe in my crock just in time to avoid full contact. And if it has been an accident I wouldn’t of been so bothered. But if I have to actually struggle to pull my shoe free and there is no reaction at all from you that’s bizarre. I’m so anxious I didn’t say anything but I should of. Then no one refilled our drinks, no one came with the check. We paid with the machine, the whole vibe was off. We didn’t blame our waiter he was taking care of everything. The bar, most tables, doing all he can to keep everyone happy. But we won’t go back, there is no way that man didn’t know he had stepped on me. Food was good I’ll provide photos

Ordered food from here and requested NO LETTUCE on the chicken fajita wrap. Well they put lettuce on it, nasty soggy brown BAD lettuce! It’s uncalled for! Stop being in a rush and read the labels! Also check your dang produce before serving it! Jesus!

This is the worst experience ordering food from them I had plastic wrap in my chicken wonton tacos that is nasty and for someone to send out food like that is unacceptable I guess when you place a pickup order they don’t care about how checking the food before it goes out to a customer.

My order was placed at approximately 3:30 PM provided a pickup time of 4:06 PM. However, the order was not marked as “completed” online until 4:14 PM, and no one brought it out to my vehicle. When I called the restaurant to inquire, the employee who answered immediately attempted to transfer me to the manager without making any effort to understand my concern. I was simply trying to confirm why my order appeared as completed while I was still waiting outside with no communication and no food.

When I went inside, the same employee again redirected me to the manager, who was occupied. By this time, I had already been waiting for more than 50 minutes. I explained that I only wanted to receive my order. She stated she would check on it but instead walked to the bar without actually verifying the status of my food.

After finally speaking with the manager and waiting an additional five minutes, I received my order. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience that demonstrated a significant lack of communication and customer service.

As a Canadian who is accustomed to the consistently high level of service at Applebee’s, this experience reflects poorly on your brand. Considering that my order was over $110, I was completely understanding of the original estimated pickup time. However, being made to wait until nearly 5:00 PM for an order placed at 3:30 PM is unacceptable and falls far below the standard I expect from Applebee’s.

I ordered the full rack of ribs because I was caught up in the description on there menu. The ribs were supposed to be FALL OFF THE BONE, but they was far from tender . I stuck my fork in the meat, and the whole rack of ribs could be lifted off of my plate without falling off. I had to order extra sauce because they were practically dry! I will not be visiting this particular establishment no time soon. I believe in receiving what I pay for, and in this case that didn’t happen.

We haven’t ate an Applebee’s in a long time. My husband wanted to try the new o-m cheeseburger, The new om- cheeseburger was not good, all the food including the chicken tender basket was cooked to long and was tough! The sampler appetizer was the best part of the meal. There was mold floating in the ice! By far the worst Applebee’s we’ve ever been too!! Maybe the food would be better at a different location!!!

I ordered curbside over the phone I was advised that my order would be ready at 9:28pm, I arrived about 9:34pm .i sat in my car for at least 10min before I went in to check ion my order, it was no more than 5 people in the restaurant so there was no need for me to have to get out my car. Waitress ask me my name and proceeded to get my meal, which I ordered shrimp Alfredo and chicken Alfredo with two sides of extra Alfredo .which they charged me $2.00 each for . When I checked to see if the items was correct, I notice that they did not put any Alfredo sauce on either meal. I asked the waitress why didn’t I haven’t any Alfredo sauce on either of my meals, she tells me that they measure the Alfredo sauce , but there’s no Alfredo sauce on these meals , so you trying to tell me I paid $4 to pour Alfredo on a meal that should have Alfredo sauce already in it. I asked for the manager, the manager sat at the table for about 5 minutes before she got up to speak with me , as she was getting up she was shaking her head with an i don’t want to deal this look. I asked her the same-thing , these meals should have alfredo sauce in them already she stated yes, she said i will go get you some more, there was no apology or anything from none of the staff, all of them had attitudes, no customer service skills at all

Everything about my experience was top notch. The waitstaff were prompt, cheerful, and helpful without hovering. My only concern is the little lights that hang over the booths. Specifically mine, right near the door. It was absolutely filthy, dripping with dust and other debris, and could use a deep clean, it even better, replacing. Thanks for the service!

My wife and I recently visited this Applebee’s and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We waited approximately 20 minutes for our food, which felt excessive given that the restaurant was not particularly busy. Additionally, the overall condition of the dining area was concerning — the tables and floors appeared dirty, and the restaurant itself seemed run down and poorly maintained.
I do want to note that our server was polite and attentive, which we appreciated. However, the cleanliness issues and long wait time significantly impacted our visit. We hope management will address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.
