was really disappointed with my visit to Taco Bell. The food arrived cold and soggy, and my order was missing several items. The tacos tasted bland, and the service felt rushed and inattentive. The dining area wasn’t very clean either, which made the experience even worse. Definitely not coming back.

I recently visited Taco Bell and had a less-than-pleasant experience. The atmosphere was not very welcoming, and unfortunately, the staff were quite impolite. Additionally, when I had a large order with about 18 drinks, I requested a bag to help carry everything. The staff refused and insisted that the cup holder was sufficient, which made it very difficult to manage all the drinks and get them to my vehicle safely. Overall, it was a disappointing visit.

In 2025 I didn’t know we were still paying people to just stand there and mouth breathe. IF YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY, PLEASE COME TO THIS TACOBELL. If you want tacobell, just past this location and go the on on Broward past university west bound. I’ve learned I’ve had to lower my expectations when ordering from this Taco Bell and I’m still pissed because these incompetent people can’t even get the simplest order right. This Taco Bell never ceases to amaze me at how horrible people can be at doing their jobs. Like I said, if yall are handing out free money, where do I sign up because I promise you if I was behind that window this tacobell wouldn’t be as nearly incoherent as it is now.

I ordered through the mobile app for pick up i go through the Drive-through I proceeded to tell the lady I have a mobile order she tells me I have to go inside to pick up the food. I her but it’s a mobile drive through order why would i go inside to pick up that defeats the whole purpose… whatever Instead of going back-and-forth with her I end up parking and going inside not only was the lady who was taking orders very rude but she was walking around the store eating a chicken leg and the other lady working there was eating a bowl of rice… meanwhile my order was packed and waiting by the window… i waited 5mins just for the lady to bring me my soda because they forgot it… overall this place was Very disgusting overall attitude and the presentation of the place was disgusting NEVER WILL I GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

Horrible. Disgusting. They should be fired serving this hot mess. Hood Ghetto store I should have expected it. If you hate your job quit. Asked for not to much cheese and got overloaded with cheese. Who wants soggy nachos. And I wouldn’t dare touch this soggy bottom taco. How on earth did they think this was ok. No wonder no one was in the drive thru. 12 bucks gone down the drain.

I would have to say this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to! As I currently sit here in the drive through line to pick up an online order I placed over 30 mins ago. I have sat in this line for 20 mins just to be told I need to pick up my order inside. Mind you there is 4 cars ahead of me in this drive thru line, along with another two cars in line behind me, how exactly did this woman intend for me to come inside to pick my food up? May I also add my receipt states pull up to window. Please do better. I hate leaving reviews like this because I love coming to Taco Bell.
Update: So now I am currently inside the store waiting for my order again that I ordered online. I literally just watched a worker in the restaurant tell customer she can wait 15 mins or 2 hours and to call Taco Bell and tell them to hire people.
