The chips came out burnt maybe the oil is bad bc it taste worse then it looks. the rice is horrible there is chunks of seasoning in it, my husbands chicken had allot of breading on it not sure if they bread the chicken themselves but horrible, the coleslaw that came with his plate taste spoiled the only thing that came out that was actually decent was his fries. I honestly feel sick from eating what I ate.I know my business is nothing to them but I will definitely not be coming back.! Honestly your better off going across the street to McDonalds!

Service was horrible. We order appetizers, they came with no extra plates so we had to use napkins which we had to ask for 1st. The waitress never refilled our drinks. You would think we could get a little attention because we were the only customers. The dishes were dirty as you can see in the first photo Applebees contacted me saying they would make my bad experience right with a gift card but it’s a lie. Never received one. Just made a bad experience into a horrible one

Me and my friends went here a few weeks ago on a girls night and we had the most amazing server. Her name was Kinsley, she was so sweet, attentive and full of personality everything anyone would want in a server, the food was okay but we will definitely return and ask for her!

We went to Applebees to have some fun and some dinner. Our service was great until we overheard the bartender/manager start telling people at the bar that they need to quiet down. They were not being overly loud by any means being it’s a Thursday night and they’re sitting at the bar. The interaction just really threw me for a loop and I was quite confused as to why we’re telling paying customers having a fun time with their friends to quiet down when they were being completely normal.

The Alfredo was a little dry, so I asked for a little extra Alfredo sauce on the side. I never received the extra sauce bc my waitress was slammed with other work, somuchso we didn’t see her again until she came to bus our table. The hostess attempted to clean our table before seating us, but the water bucket needed fresh water, so the table didn’t feel clean when we sat down. And the floors needed to be swept. We thought about getting our food to go, but bc we had been snowed in for almost a week, we decided to just deal with it.

First, I would like to say I really appreciate Applebee’s for giving free dinners to veterans today on Veterans Day. We brought a group of 14. I got there at 4:30 as they do not take reservations to put our name on the list they told me a 45 minute wait. Ended up being an hour wait Then the time we got our food left. It was still three hour ordeal but we had great fellowship. The food was good. The service was excellent not really conducive for groups if you’re only got four people it’s a great place to go. They don’t accommodate groups well at all but I appreciate everything they did.

Don’t go late at night! The service itself was great, but the host was extremely rude. When we arrived, there was a small line at the door, and she was openly complaining to another server about getting more tables — right in front of several guests. I also noticed her being rude to a man who came in alone; she questioned why he didn’t want to sit at the bar and said it made things harder for her if he sat at a table. Every interaction I saw from her was unpleasant. It seems like every time I visit after 9 p.m., the experience goes downhill. The food was okay, but the atmosphere really hurt the overall experience.

Locations we’ve been to (cleaner, also) the manager and kitchen staff have been here long enough to do everything right. Plus, being busy means fresh food! Special thanks to our usual server, Nicole. Great memory and always perfect service!

Food was fine. Ordered an old fashioned and it was made with cinnamon Fireball Whiskey. Ordered a Crown and Soda. Again, made with cinnamon Fireball Whiskey. Ordered a Michalobe Ultra. Tasted like Miller Light. I’m not impressed with the bar tender. At all.
