They must have had problems with condiments getting stolen. The sweetener was not on the table and the A1 came out in a little cup instead of the bottle. The only issue was that we had to wait for silverware and it must have been hastily wrapped from the dishwasher because the napkin was damp. However, we got some extra napkins.

Server didn’t accurately take order, bartender and his co-worker friend kept starting across to our table making faces and pointing at us, laughing, overall, very rude service tonight (8-3-23 6pm). Bartender, when not being arrogant, was constantly going in and out to the patio (no patio diners observed). Staff needs a few lessons and pointers on being polite with ALL customers.

Went for dinner. Seated quickly. Server was excellent (best part of our experience by far). Ordered the strawberry daiquiri/margarita special drink…tasted like nothing, absolutely no flavor…watery and icy thats it. Bartender needs to be fired…worst mixed drinks we have ever had. My advice if wanting to drink order wine or a beer. Husband ordered bourbon sirloin…came out plain. Also ordered garlic green beans…no garlic, not crisp, nothing more than a canned green bean. French fries soggy and sweet. I think someone mixed up the salt and sugar….terrible just terrible. My steak was fixed correctly and tasty so good job on that one item. Never saw a manager and had to pay for the entire meal despite telling server that things were wrong. He did try to make things right by offering other options and offering to take things back to the kitchen. Like I said server was the best part of the experience attentive and pleasant.

I’ve been to this Applebees before and I’ve been very dissatisfied but I decided to give it another try. I’ve noticed it was wayyyy cleaner and the staff has changed a lot. And the food was amazing. My server was very nice and attentive she started conversations with me and my kids. The food was delicious and she was always ready to attend to whatever my or my kids needs were I don’t remember her name but she has a nice smile bun /fro younger looking butterfly nose ring and flare black leggings WAIT Dasha or desha I’m not sure. I will definitely be coming back to this particular establishment

Food was terrible… barley edible. Menu prices do not reflect the charges on your bill….check your receipt folks mine was over charged by $10. Do not go here ! Staff is untrained and barely able to seat folks. Food is terrible.

On my particular visit today with my family we shared a two for 30 i got the fiesta chicken with rice, my husband got his chicken finger platter, and the kids shared the appetizer. The food tasted like it had been leftover from last night my rice was dry, and eventhough i asked the waitress to bring all our food out at once she didn’t listen.

Been here twice, food kinda good but idk if it’s because I got so hungry from sitting so long or if it was actually good. The service was sub par I waited 10 minutes for someone to come greet me at the door and then another 10 after sitting at the table. If the restaurant was busy I would understand however they were very slow. Then waited 15 minutes for my drink and to get my food order in.

I was waiting to pick up an order for GrubHub because I deliver for GrubHub and Uber as well, I witnessed a waiter/waitress take the time to clean up a customer’s spill, and keep a positive vibe about themselves… And joke with the lady and her male plus one… I am so happy to see kindness and laughter and smiles when we need it the most in this world. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
