My family and I ate lunch today at Rockfish and we really enjoyed it. The food tasted fresh, the portions were generous and prices were fair. Our waitress, Boston, was very friendly and personable. The General manager, Josh even came out and thanked us for coming. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

This wasn’t my first time at Rockfish, however, it was my first time at this location. I mentioned that to the hostess, and she said they were the friendliest. I think she was right. Because she came out to our car to greet us and make sure we got the proper seating for our mom who was in a wheelchair.

All I wanted was their fish today if you order through Uber or dash the restaurant will not take any responsibility. The hostess did not come to think and the manager today dose not care my loaded potato’s were not loaded no garlic no chives and burnt fish thrown in there horrible! So disappointed. Got Asian Tuna Salad. Thick tough tuna. Mango pico too hot spicy with salty vinegary cucumbers. Friend got Stuffed Salmon. Two thin cut salmon fillets so medium rare middle impossible. Plus they are using cheap Pollack for Fish & Chips.

Let me tell you my story I have two jobs so at my part time job last time to ladies come in to shop at Tom Thumb close to closing time shopping so the friendly person I am just holding conversations I asked them about where they worked they told me what type of establishment it was so I told them I don’t eat fish, so they told me about all the other foods. So, I told them when I get off I will come by tomorrow so I did. The food is amazing I got the make your own seafood bowl when I say it was so good it was good. I will be back the atmosphere was so warming. So I want to say thank you to Ursula and Shay for this great experience and to my waiter Charles he was so caring and helpful he is a diamond in my book. Will be back my new place

Very friendly hostess and wait staff that quickly accommodated our large party of nine patrons. The service was very fast and everyone’s plate was clean after dining. The gumbo was excellent, shrimp was fresh as was the fish and poultry. The atmosphere is very casual, and a bit noisy but that is to be expected at a fish shack! Overall a good dining experience, a nice spot for a weekend lunch. I recommend the fried shrimp, it was basic but hits a standard for expectations.

Had to go to Richardson (20 min each way) since they closed the Plano site. Carry out. My Cajun Pasta was missing the blackened shrimp and sausage (not much Cajun about just creamed pasta & chicken) and there was a distinct lack of garlic bread with the entrees. Someone needs to do some QC in the kitchen there fast before this gets out of hand.
