Overall horrible experience. As soon as we sat down, we were given dirty cups (see photo). We placed our order and it took about 20 minutes to come out (which would have been fine), except the food was cold. The plates were warm, but the food itself was cold. My pasta was also insanely dry, and when I asked for more sauce, I was told it would be an “upcharge,” even though the server could clearly see how cold and dry the dish was.
We weren’t checked on for over 40 minutes. When our server finally returned and saw the untouched food, she said, “I assume we’re ready for the check,” which completely stunned us. It had been almost an hour without any check-ins, and we never even got the chance to mention the dirty dishes, cold food, or lack of service before being rushed out.
The environment didn’t help either, it was loud and chaotic. Servers were gathered at the bar yelling and dancing, and it felt unprofessional. Our server stood at the bar for over 40 minutes before even acknowledging us again. Overall, extremely disappointing service and atmosphere.

Ordered on line and after I was told my order was complete I drove to restaurant and had to wait 45 mins to get order that was cold and burgers were totally burned beyond recognition. Pasta was completely dry with no sauce fries were stone cold and service personnel were absolutely rude. I was completely put off by this meals.

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered car side pickup. The food was all cold and soggy, the Mexican dipping sauces were missing from both chicken fajitas roll up meals, no ranch with the boneless wings, the garlic bread with the salad could break a tooth it was so hard, my daughters burger was to be well done no pink but was literally almost raw to the point she felt sick We spent 80.00 on food and in these times people work hard for there money and it’s sad you can’t even get a decent meal paying all that. I would suggest not going here if I were you.

Terrible service and complete lack of professionalism
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience here was unacceptable. It will definitely be my last time visiting.
Long Delays: We waited over an hour just to eat. When the food finally started arriving, they only brought my children’s meals. I had to wait another 20 minutes for my own food to serve.
Poor Service & Hygiene: The server who attended to us smelled strongly of cigarettes, which is very unpleasant when you are trying to enjoy a meal. On top of that, he never checked if we needed anything else; I constantly saw him just sitting down in the distance instead of attending to the tables.
Inconsistency: I had to wait an extra 5 minutes just for a fork. When they finally brought one, it was a cheap plastic fork, even though the table right next to us was given metal silverware.
It is a shame, but I cannot recommend a place that treats its customers with such lack of care and efficiency.

Wow. This place was horrible in every way. Starting with the parking lot. Very strange zombie guys wandering the parking lot asking about cigarettes. Once inside, please is totally beat, but no service because most of the staff are at the front door smoking. It’s gets worse. Forever to get served, even longer to get drinks, food was disgusting, server forgot our water and others. Avoid. Even if your starving. No wonder this chain is going under…..

Mrs. Angela was amazing she made sure I food was out in a timely manner and she had a great sense of humor. The customer service alone was phenomenal . My family and I will be back. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Applebee’s during a recent visit. From the moment my friend and I arrived, the bartender, Chris M, had a rude, unwelcoming attitude that remained consistent throughout our entire experience.
We felt rushed while placing our orders, and basic service details were overlooked, such as not being asked whether I wanted salt or sugar on my margarita. At the end of our visit, after she saw that no tip was left, she gave us dirty looks and did not respond when I politely said, “Have a good night.”
Overall, the bartender’s attitude was unprofessional and made the experience very uncomfortable. I hope this feedback helps improve service in the future

We came in on a Monday night around 7:20 as a family of six. We waited patiently to be sat. When the hostess arrived several minutes later, she asked us how many in the party. When I responded, she looked annoyed and taken aback. She looked past me to the couple that arrived several minutes after us and asked if they arrived before us. I responded that we were first. The other couple was standing by the door, while we were at the hostess stand. The hostess ignored me and my family and spoke to the other couple as if we had cut them in line. Her tone towards us was dismissive, rude and condescending. The restaurant was mostly empty. Ultimately, we decided not to stay. It was unfortunate because we were there to celebrate a major life accomplishment of our child. He had never been to an Applebee’s and selected this location for his celebratory meal.

I came in with my husband and 83 year old mother. The waiter at the door asked how many was in the party, we responded and they just started talking amongst themselves never acknowledging us until we asked if we needed to seat ourselves. Note that there were plenty of tables available. Finally, we were seated in a booth that had not been cleaned and where the seat was ripped. We asked to be moved and then was moved to high top seats that was difficult for my mother to sit in. No one waited on us. We finally asked who was going to assist us and no one wanted to help. We eventually just left. Just terrible, terrible customer service.

Worst service ever… our server was inattentive, slow, and didn’t check in on us whatsoever. We came in around 6:40 left around 8 or so. The whole time we were here we had only had 1 drink even when the drinks were empty due to our server being nowhere to be found. When we asked for to go plates it took her 10 mins, even then I watched her talk to a coworker and forget than realize she forgot and came back. When You ask for something to go you usually get a bag to carry it we did not even get that luxury. It was horrible service. It Was supposed to be a nice dinner for my birthday and was horrible.
