Came for the Skillet Queso, left only with disappointment.

Chili’s has done the unthinkable. They have taken their best menu item (Skillet Queso!!) and replaced it with a cup of cheese that is comparable to what you could pick up at the grocery store for a few dollars.

Sadly after decades of visits this will probably be our family’s last Chili’s visit. In all fairness everything else was great and we loved our server, but the disappointment of being here with no skillet queso greatly overshadows the rest.

In an era where customer service has become a forgotten art, this Chili’s location stands as a beacon of what hospitality should be. Over the past few months, I’ve visited nearly weekly for lunch and occasionally for dinner—not out of convenience, but because this team has earned my loyalty through consistently exceptional service.
Jerica; The Gold Standard of Bartending
Let me be crystal clear, Jerica is not just good at her job—she is the reason I keep returning. In a high-volume environment where many establishments would sacrifice quality for speed, Jerica delivers both with remarkable precision and genuine warmth. Her attentiveness isn’t performative; it’s authentic. She remembers regulars, anticipates needs, and moves through her service with the kind of efficiency that can only come from someone who truly cares about their craft.

A Kitchen That Understands Accountability
I have yet to encounter a single issue with food quality, accuracy, or timing. Not once. In months of regular visits across different times and days, the kitchen staff has maintained unwavering consistency. Orders arrive correct, hot, and within reasonable timeframes even during peak hours. On my recent visit my food was brought to me when I was ready, and the bartender made sure I received it in a timely manner. This level of reliability doesn’t happen by accident, it speaks to strong leadership, proper training, and a team that takes pride in their work.

What strikes me most is something you can’t train: the atmosphere. Servers move through the restaurant with authentic smiles, not the forced pleasantry you see in establishments where staff are miserable. There’s a palpable sense that people actually enjoy working here, which translates directly into superior customer experience. When employees are treated well and take pride in their workplace, customers feel it.

This Chili’s isn’t just executing a franchise, they’re exceeding it. In a service industry plagued by indifference and cutting corners, this location proves that excellence is still achievable when you invest in your people and hold yourselves to higher standards.
Jerica, kitchen staff, servers, and management: thank you for consistently demonstrating what customer service should be. You’ve earned not just my business, but my genuine respect

I put in an order on my birthday the other day for pick up for over $80 in food. Our salsa was full but our 2 quesos & 2 guacamoles were half full. I paid to add the dip trio & got half full cups, I paid extra for the bowl of soup & got a cup full of tortillas, I paid for 6 oz steak & it had 2 oz of straight inedible gristle. Honestly this absolutely made my day worse. Thanks chilis, real cool of you, especially when I ordered from Trinity the week before & didn’t have this kind of issue.

Scam artists! I ordered a bowl A BOWL of soup. What do I get for almost $9? A half filled cup filled with more tortilla strips than soup! Twice I have ordered from this location in the past 3 years. Last time you forgot to enter my order over the phone on Father’s Day. Now you can’t read soup sizes. This branch is a joke. Now I get to wait 5-10 days for a refund instead of my just getting my meal. Way. To. Fail.

Beliw is my previous posting. I have raised my rating due to….
Excellent burgers and ice teas. Absolutely great service. Not as clean and little loud. Great overall tonight. The Dawgs give thanks. Happy Holidays.

Afterall it is hard to find something decent to eat 9:30 pm here but I feel ripped off by this meal. The very small pieces of chicken and sausage with the smokehouse combo. Then the soup with no crackers or bread offering. Then I was sure there was to be free chips and salsa with the order and that was a complete no show. Burned by take out…sad.

We went here for a late dinner after a very long day. The servers and staff were very attentive and pleasant. We were brought refills for our drinks before we were halfway done and as soon as we finished with a glass or dish it was almost immediately cleared. We were impressed by how energetic and attentive our server was considering how late it was. The food was yummy with plenty of spice. The restaurant was one of the best well lit chilis I’ve been too so you could really notice how clean and well kept it is. There aren’t a lot of restaurants open late in Palm Harbor but this would be a good choice for a casual fun meal regardless. I felt like I was in an episode of the Office.

I recently visited Chili’s Bar & Grill and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and lively without being too loud — perfect for both families and friends catching up.

Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything arrived exactly as ordered. The food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and served hot. I ordered the Classic Bacon Burger, and it was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of seasoning. The fries were crispy, and the portion sizes were generous.

What really stood out was how consistent everything felt — from the cleanliness of the restaurant to the timing of each course. Even the drinks were spot-on; my Strawberry Lemonade was refreshing and perfectly balanced.

Overall, Chili’s delivered exactly what you’d hope for: great food, great service, and a comfortable dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Worst Chili’s Restaurant location I’ve EVER been to in my life!!!! My partner and I had the unfortunate experience of meet this location’s under trained manger named Karen today due to multiple issues. First off, we waited at least 40 minutes for a simple lunch menu in a less than quarter full location. Then team members got the bright idea that instead of picking tables up to move them let’s just drag the metal legs on the tile floors. I don’t know about other people, but unfortunate there are people out there that like myself who have problems with loud noises especially when they aren’t expecting them. When I asked to speak with the store manager and Karen appeared, she said she was a manager. I said that I wanted to talk to the store manager, not her. When I then told her what happened she couldn’t understand how loud noises could affect anyone. It was at that point I asked for our server to just bring us the bill. When Karen said she could box up the food that just magically happened to be ready after 45 minutes of waiting, I declined it because I didn’t want food that the kitchen staff had messed with or spit in at her direction. She was extremely indignant by my comments and stormed offed as if she was a two year old who didn’t get her way. Our server Tiffany was wonderful and very graceful. I said I was willing to pay for the soup, drinks, and guacamole we had. Tiffany said not to worry about it. She is a huge asset to this location. Karen needs to walk a mile in Tiffany’s shoes. My partner and I go back and forth between 3 different locations and we have favorite servers at those locations so this is an isolated issue at this point. If you don’t want to have to wait for hours to eat, go to the Oldsmar location and ask for Noah or Adam and tell them I sent you.
