Apple Bees is a great place to go. The first time I didn’t really want to go, but after seeing the qualities of the place, I go here a lot. I just got done getting a new belt in taekwondo, so we went to Apple Bees to get something good to eat. The guy who was our server/waiter was very nice, great place to go after a long day.

I hate to say this but this particular Applebee’s we did not have a good experience . In a restaurant where there wasn’t many people in at the time, we still had to wait 45 minutes until we were served. When the food came out, it wasn’t the way we had ordered it. My friend ordered a rare steak and it came out well instead is rare. I ordered the rice bowl and the sauce was really over spiced to the point where I had to stop eating it because even mixing the food together was making me not want to eat it. And to top it all off, when we spoken to the waiter about the wait time, he was very rude and just told us that “there are other people in the restaurant as well, not just you” maybe he was having a bad night but that’s just not something that you say to a customer. The only good part and I would say saving grace was that he did have the manager come over, and he asked us what had happened to get our side of the story and apologized profusely for what had happened and offered us a discount on the entire order. Unfortunately I don’t think we will be coming back here again.

Walked in at 3PM saturday took 20 min before our name was put on the ipad as 5th waiting for a table. 30 min later no one on the list was seated and we left. Would not recommend if you have any other choice.

I ordered online and I want the store. But my order was not ready and no one at the ‘to go’ counter. I waited around 35-40 minutes over there. And then one girl come over there and 1st she asked other person who come after me I feel like racism because I am Indian. And I told her that I am also here for pick up my order but she want in side and after 15 minutes she brought that other guy’s order I don’t know why she do like that. I really never come back at this store and even I suggest my all of the friend that never go to this store because they are doing racism. I asked when she brought other’s order , that how long to more to make my order and she replied me I don’t know whenever you’re order is prepared I’ll bring. She was very rude.

The food was horrible!!!. My steak was so salty and undercook. The broccli taste burnt. My waiter came over once to ask if were were okay and thats because he was going to the table across from us. I had to ask for silverware because he never brought silverware to us. When he was serving us he kep reaching over my shoulder from the back of me. Now what would have happened if I had of dropped what he was passing me.

We met for a late night bite to eat this past Tuesday evening. We sat at the bar, and had a very enjoyable time. Kat, our bartender, was very pleasant and engaging. Her fun energy, and the good food and drink, will bring us back another Tuesday night soon!
