This is one of the nicest Applebee’s I’ve been to. Awesome atmosphere and an even better staff. The associates are so pleasant and friendly. There’s restrooms available, plenty of on site free parking, and its ground level which makes it easy for mobility vehicles or devices. The food and beverages were great, too. They accept cash or cards and you can pay with the device on your table or with your server. Have a great time!!!!

My waitress Barbara was very attentive, knowledgeable and personable. She took time to acknowledge my children who were here with certificate certificates from school for getting good grades. She was very efficient and checked in regularly.
There was a slight error with my food, and the manager brought the food out personally. Everyone was very kind and provided service that went above and beyond.

We ordered tonight for Delivery and we are not close to the restaurant so I was a little concerned about the quality of food when we got it but every thing delicious! My husband gets Fiesta Lime Chicken anytime we go to Applebee’s and he said its the best one hes ever had! Thanks for a great dinner Applebee’s! Thank the chef for us!

Barbara was the best waitress at our visit today. As busy as it was in her section, she was still all smiles & very kind. It was much appreciated especially having my whole family with me. Also loved her valentine’s attire! My middle son especially loved her blinking necklace.
Also have to add, it was the best spinach and artichoke dip I’ve had in a while from any Applebee’s. The chips were fresh and it was perfect ooey gooey!

This location (322 Williamstown) is by far the nicest Applebees. The food is always better than expected, though I mainly just get a burger and an app …the service is always good and the atmosphere is nicer than other locations visited. …It’s always pleasantly better than expected.

The review I wrote on the little touch screen after paying the bill was, “the food was really good, but the service was world class.” The food was very good. My partner ordered the fiesta lime chicken and every bite was tender and flavorful. And as for my meal, Jules in Pulp Fiction said it best: “That IS a tasty burger!”
But the service was world class. Our server, Alexis, is best described as a ray of light. I asked her how she could maintain being so consistently high energy, warm, and fabulous, because it would feel like an exhausting put-on if it didn’t seem so effortlessly authentic. She says she’s happy where she works now, and we are too. My partner and I will be back just to have Alexis as our server again. Brian the Manager, it was very nice to meet you. Whatever Alexis is making, give her a raise!

Barbara is one of the BEST servers I have ever had. Very attentive, kind, fast and excellent overall. Great with the kids and goes above and beyond with everything she does. Very satisfied with the service today. Food was delicious and drinks never went empty.

Waited 2 hours for food. First time it came out was freezing cold. Orders were wrong. Mozz sticks not even cooked. I sent the food back. They reput my chicken fingers back into the fryer. And tried to pass them off as being fresh. The quesadilla came out raw cold cheese not even melted the second time. The manager was horrible. Comped our food then recharged us for the food. Said she would get flagged if she comped the raw uncooked food she gave us. No silverware until the second time our food came out. The manager gave us a sorry and “I’ll cook it myself”. The fact that they reheated my cold food that was given to me is extremely disgusting. And when I called the manager out about it because the pieces I ripped off were still on my plate. She just looked at me and said okay I’ll take it off. And chicken looked brown on the inside and wouldn’t even rip apart. Highly don’t recommend this place if you want to risk poor handling of your food and possible food poisoning.

She was also cleaning behind the bar while all her patrons were enjoying their food & beverages.
