Once again allow me to tell you about this nice restaurant I came across this past weekend. First and foremost, the food was mad delicious. The charro beans were delicious and the green sauce goes well when you dip that chicken into it, it gives it a unbelievable and delicious flavor. Not too many decorations as i was expecting, but the atmosphere was execelent. The service was superb. I recommend this place if you are looking for good chicken.

Very welcoming upon entering. The service is top notch. We couldn’t decide between the chicken or fajitas, so we ordered both to try. The real prize of the dish was their green sauce. You’ll want this on your chicken, fajitas, rice, etc. It adds so much flavor! When the chicken says best chicken, it truly was the best chicken I’ve tasted. We’ll definitely be back, it easily became a top favorite now.

Came in for pick up: service was good, he was very friendly and joking and light, quick at order taking, food came out right away, my drink was a tad delayed but it’s bc they ran out and were remaking…those aguas frescas tho, worth the wait. My two year old absolutely loved the chicken and charro beans. Very much toddler approved! Never been inside, next time we will dine it. Place gets pretty packed. The green sauce slaps! Perfect Friday dinner 🙂

I’ve heard a lot about this chicken and was excited to finally try it. I ordered the half chicken and It was moist, tender, nice smoked/grilled flavor, came out hot and fresh, but it’s missing an overall flavor. Rice was prepared well and had good flavor. Beans (did not come with meal) were missing just a little salt. Refreshing lemonade and I really appreciate the grilled onion/jalapeno, and green sauce! Overall I think the food is good and you get quite a bit for a fair price!

Take out was maybe if that 1/2 pd fajita!! Should have been 1 pd they give you a whole lot of onions bell peppers! For 70$ with 1/2 chicken and 4 links sausage, 4 rice beans thank goodness for rice/beans helped us to get full! we were only able to make 3 maybe 4 tacos if that!!! I called to talk to the manager and they hung up the phone!!! Not very nice for a restaurant not trying to make things right for a dissatisfied paying customer!

This place provided one of the warmest travel dinners I have experienced. The half chicken was the best roasted/grilled chicken I have had. Just the right sides at the right size. And it was served almost instantly. Then I got an opportunity to thank another team member, actually one of the family owners, on my way out and he shared some of the history of his family and the restaurant. SO great. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Highest recommendation.

This place is amazing. We were recommended this place while waiting for our rental car. It did not disappoint. The chicken was the perfectly char broiled. It came with this green sauce. I have no idea what was in it, but all the servers had shirts that said more green sauce, so i had to try it. It had a great spice with hints of lime. The prices were very reasonable the whole chicken was 19.99 with tortillas, rice, onions, jalapeños, and i added charro beans for $2. The chorizo was also delicious. Would recommend to anyone coming through so a quick bite at a great price

This place was recommended to me and boy was it a good one! I got the half chicken and added the beans and guacamole. The charbroiled chicken is a masterpiece of juicy flavor and everything with it complements perfectly. The green sauce is not your typical tomatillo salsa but it’s also not your Houston-area creamy avocado sauce. But whatever it is, it’s a great liquidator to build-your-own tacos and it’s not spicy (I’m kind of a wimp when it comes to spice so if I can do this sauce anyone can!). My only suggestion for improvement would be to find a way for the tortillas to not stick together. This was a great first experience and sometime I’ll have to get back to try the burger!

Party of 8 on a Sunday afternoon. Overall decent food, but I was not overwhelmed with the chicken. I was told by a friend it is famous for the chicken and it is the best around…I’m not convinced. Our chicken was dry. The sides are ok (the rice is the best side IMO). The tortillas are flavorless, paper thin, and couldn’t even hold one small slice of chicken or a spoonful of rice without falling apart in my hand. It was near impossible for our table to talk with each other as it was so loud. On the positive side, the price was quite reasonable and service was quick. Our server told us they serve over 500 chickens a day. The fajitas were rated as good.
