Food is average but service was good. Mozzarella sticks came out hard and the sauce was cold. Some bites of the quesadilla were chicken less and there was no pico de gallo.

Applebee’s lost a customer to a competitor for incompetence and lack of customer service
I went in at 11:45am with intentions to have some drinks, eat lunch and watch the Formula 1 race that starts soon at 12 noon.
The place was empty, nobody at the bar.
I went to bar and asked the young lady working the bar if she could put on ESPN2 so I could watch the race…. She fumbled around with the TV channel list, she then asked me what I was going to watch, I said “F1 race”, she then said that she can’t put it on because there is a football game at 1pm. I said, “that should be fine the race starts in 10 minutes, football game is more than an hour away and I’m sure you could spare one TV for me for the final part of the race after the football game starts…she said, noooo ALL the TVs will be showing the Football game… I then said, “you can’t spare just 1 TV for me?” NOPE! So I immediately walked out and drove over to Miller Ale House .. unfortunately I did not make it it time for the start of the race but they were totally ok with showing the race on one of the TV’s even though the place ended up getting packed to see a Giants football game. Nobody had a problem with it.
The picture I posted with this review is me enjoying my race at Miller Ale House… I spent over $120 on myself and buying drinks to the people around me and I also gave the waiter a 50% tip. That could have been Applesbee’s but unfortunately they operate like corporate robots there.

We tried the All You Can Eat Wings, Shrimp, and Fries deal for $15.99, along with a beef nachos appetizer. The portion size was huge- perfect for two people to share just one appetizer. The beef nachos were even better because they were free when we signed up for their app! Our waitress Alex provided awesome service, being very attentive and making the experience even better. Definitely worth it!

We arrived today at this Applebee’s after shopping a little in the area. The host greeted us and sat us near a large group in the restaurant. While we don’t have high expectations for these types of restaurants, we at least expect a standard level of service.
Although there was no wait to be sat at a table, we were never greeted by a server until we went and looked for someone to help us after waiting 10 minutes. There was another table that was sat after us and they placed their order before us. After we placed our order, we waited for a milkshake which never arrived.
Although our server acknowledged that we hadn’t received it after another 10 minutes, we waited patiently and 20 minutes later, we decided to just walk out as there was no sense of urgency from our waitress.
This was probably the worst service we received in a long time. We don’t like to complain as we also work in the industry, so we can relate to the challenges but this restaurant was not busy at the time we went for lunch. Just a little more acknowledgement and urgency would have made a difference but this was just a terrible experience. This location needs to re-evaluate the staff and find a way to improve because we certainly won’t be returning to this location again.

We stopped at this location on our way back from Canada. We were greeted kindly and friendly by Gelman . Sam was our server. She was very helpful and kind. The food and drinks were good. I wish we could have stayed longer for dessert, but we ordered the chocolate meltdown to go.

While most restaurants are gouging, this one is trying to help. Great base red sauce and ample portions. Oriental salad has a great dressing. We seem to not be able to eat without TV’s. They ran out of breadsticks!!! Booze prices are low compared to others. This is our go to until others stop taking us over ontop of charging us 3% for using card

I order off of DoorDash, and almost everything I got was wrong. I order a 2 for $26 and the chips that came with the spinach dip were stale. My chicken sandwich had pickles and tomatoes on it after I requested to not have it. My “chicken” with my Mac and cheese was absolutely pathetic, if you can fit 3 chicken tenders in a small soup Togo cup I shouldn’t be up charged $4 for that. And the Mac and cheese had BARELY any sauce to it. It honestly looks like they had a penne with Alfredo and gave me that instead (with still barely any sauce). Every single thing I ordered was messed up except for a cup of soup and the side of potatoes. It was over priced for what I ended up with.

Ordered 2 for $30 combo which was a very good deal. Appetizer Boneless wings was average but the main entree chicken-shrimp and Salmon was very good. Mash potatoes side dish was yummy.
