I was a bit bothered I had to damn near yell for the young man to hear me to take my order and then I realized he was listening to his music in one ear and the headset in the other…. yeah real professionalism here.
Was a bit scared of the lady cleaning the bathroom with her hat all the way down when she cleaned them for 30 mins, came out and then cleaned them again for another 30 mins.
Is there no adults working here? At least a supervisor or something?
The poor fella at the drive thru was working like a slave over there.
Maybe next time guys.

Great location!!
We visited late at night and although there was a little wait our food was fantastic!! The gentleman that took our order and greeted us at the window had awesome customer service. I tried the Cobb Salad and was pleasantly surprised! It is loaded with all the great Cobb salad ingredients, lettuce, chicken, bacon, egg, cheese, tomato, crispy onions & complete with ranch. I will be getting it again!!

Ordered twice today, lunch and dinner and both orders were wrong. At lunch they gave my lactose intolerant child a cheese burger with everything on it after I ordered a hamburger with ketchup only. Also the chicken strips I got at lunch were way overcooked and the tea tasted like soap. Then at dinner; which I didn’t want to go back but others did, the drink my spouse ordered was wrong and received no fries with his meal. My potato was hard and gross and the chili i ordered had hard pieces on top like it had been sitting in the warmer for 2 days. Needless to say I did not eat my meal. This is the not the first time I have been disappointed, just the most disappointing.

24 minutes before any even decided to take my order. I first went through the drive through but after 10min of waiting no one answered, so I just got off.
After going in store the employees just stood there looking at me, clueless with no sense of urgency to help or take my order. so I just stood there and waited for 24 minutes before she took my order for just 2 drinks. Worst place to come if your looking for “fast food” but hey now you know

If I could give all ZERO stars I definitely would. The customer service is terrible. Don’t go inside because you will be ignored. Double check your order because it’s definitely going to be wrong when they give it to you. Drive thru wait is diabolical.

Customer service is zero here, young team of workers just looking at me like I’m bothering them. Older tall Latino manager is setting bad example. Standing in line waiting to place an order and he’s on the phone chatting away and not saying anything or instructing his team to go over and do their job. Need to hire the right people that will set great example to their workers.

Waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru line. It was not particularly busy. No “sorry” or anything of the sort. They also got my order wrong when I pulled up to the window. I was shocked at how bad this location is.

Forgot my frys for both biggie deals drinks weren’t closed right spilled in my car lucky I bought chilly cheese fries oh and they can’t count four nuggets got 6 out of 8 . And they will let the phone ring pick up and hang up as a secret shopper corporate will hear about this
