Another great trip to Applebee’s today and service by Marissa. Very attentive and always does service with a smile. Had the fried cheese curds, shrimp and Parmesian Sirloin, donut dippers, regular bottle of angry orchard, angry balls with a caramel and cinnamon rim and lastly an oreo shake with a shot if khalua. Large lunch but absolutely delicious!! These dishes are the reason I continue coming back.

Good service and good food. Our server Michaela (Kayla) was nice and got us food fast since we told her we were in a hurry. The food tasted the same as usual. We got the $25 lunch deal with chips cheese dip and 2 salads. This is a great deal.

this was the worst experience i’ve ever had in a restaurant. my table was barley seen. it took 20mins to be seen and another 25 mins for drinks and 2 hours for wings and fries and they were cold!!!. we had no forks or knifes we told our waitress and she never gave us them so we went to go get forks and a customer grabbed it for us. we asked for honey mustard for the fries and we never got it. we had to ask another waitress.everyone else’s tables was getting served but ours the people next to us got there way later than we did and go there food and drinks quicker than us. when we received our 2nd plate of wings it barely had any food on it and we had to pull aside two other waitresses because our waitress was incompetent. The waitresses we pulled aside literally just said okay and walked away from us. we pulled aside another waitress and told him we barley had food on the plate and he took the plate and came back and gave us a plate with no fries and just 4 wings. our waitress finally came around and we told her and she said they ran out of fries so we would have to wait another 15 mins after being there for hours. they charged us full price for it even though they couldn’t give us what we paid for. super unprofessional i will never be coming back.

Came over the Labor Day weekend and they did appear short staffed. Service was slow and spent over 2.5 hours at the restaurent. It was not overly crowded but our server must have been new as he kept forgetting our order, take out boxes, and even told us to sit back down because my endless boneless wings would be right out but I told him he already had brought it to me! The endless wings were nothing to write home about and the garlic parm were so greasy. Overall if I had to rate the big 3 in the Middletown area they would rank as the following: Chili’s, Pub 99, then Applebees. The staff at the location worked hard and I could tell the manager really tried his best. Our server was covering multiple tables also. Just an overall ok experience but wouldn’t be back anytime soon.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger here, but I noticed the people next to me that got their food found a big piece of plastic in it. So that already had me scared to eat here. When I first ate my burger it was good, but then I started to feel sick. I was at the hotel across from there so once I got to my room I was throwing up. I don’t suggest eating here.

First time at an Applebee’s! It was a pleasant experience. They have a wide variety of food options. Our waitress Kayla was fantastic! The chicken tenders platter was exactly what you expect (pretty reliable crowd pleaser). I swapped out the slaw for extra fries — the fries are great. All around good experience!

Burger’s were under cooked. But we got 6 wings for a dollar. Asian wings are very very spicy. Wasn’t impressed. Nicest thing is that she held the door for me with my walker . Friend thought hamburger had to much spice. They put spices on there fries, but I liked it
