Southern style restaurant, with ample seating. We came for the special Friday seafood buffet and left happy. Loved the crab cakes and cheesy grits. There wasn’t even much of a crowd to deal with.

I love this place! It’s a place where lots of locals eat. The buffet is outstanding – especially the turnip greens and fried chicken! And you just can’t beat an all you can eat buffet for ten bucks. Our server was very friendly, chatty, and proficient. We will return the next time we are in this area!

Great prices, good sized portions… And they have country fried steak… Ha! But seriously I love the country fried steak..they are also willing to stick the gravy in a cup on the side for me. We just moved here a few months back, and this has already become one of our favorites.

Love the Southern charm of the waitstaff staff and great Soul Food! The Trashalachee breakfast plate is a go-to for breakfast. And the salad bar for lunch/dinner is always a favorite!

I tend to only post good reviews. If a place is mediocre, I tend to leave it alone. This was different. We almost passed on this place due to other low reviews. Parking lot was packed so I thought it should be okay. My bad. Instead I found that it’s either because these folks are tolerant of bad service and are missing taste buds or there are no other options nearby. The hostess never greeted me and instead took two phone orders while I was standing directly in front of her and then helped the person next to me who walked up after I got in line. We decided to ignore this because the next restaurant was over 10 miles away. My bad part II. The food was terrible. The roast beef was tender… and tasteless. The collard greens, same. Canned collards from Walmart are better. The corn fritters were rock hard and bland also. Peach cobbler, meh. The best thing was the bottle of Dr. Pepper I got. Kitchen is a mess, too – not a shock. See pic. Take the extra drive and go somewhere else.

Was told more about what was not available than what was. Took almost an hour to get a hambuger & a grilled cheese in an almost empty restaurant. The tomatoes and cottage cheese on the salad bar were old.
