I’ve been to this place millions of times and never experienced such rude customer service. The server messed up the order and got mad because I told her about it… The cook then comes out to give me attitude because her daughter messed up!!? SMH and they still charged me for the food they messed up on when they kept the food!! Like ? 0/10 NEVER coming here again.

This Salvadoran restaurant was excellent. They have an extensive menu of both traditional Salvadoran foods and Mexican foods. The Pupusas were fresh and were a perfect size. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If I’m in the area again, i will definitely be stopping here for another meal.

30 min wait for our food (there was only 1 other table when we ordered) asked them to box it up instead only to wait another 15 min and get an attitude from the server after i told him to just give me what was done because I needed to go. Had me wait a few more minutes (order was still incomplete) and end up getting in a yelling match in front of a room full of people. As if the place didn’t already have a bad reputation, the waiter decided to show how bad the service really was publicly.

Delicious Pupusas! Ordered to go on a Saturday afternoon around lunch time, wait was about 15 minutes not too bad, I’d call in my order ahead of time next time. I’d definitely like to visit this place anytime I’m in Firebaugh. I tried the cheese and chicharron pupusa and my friend tried the chicken , all delicious. Served with a tasty slaw and salsa. They have fountain sodas and canned and bottled sodas, waters for to go orders. Friendly service in Spanish and English. Great Saturday lunch!
