Such a fun spot with a cool vibe. The servers were all friendly. The menu had a bunch of options which all sounded good.

Best pork I’ve ever had!! We sat in and their heated patio, that’s attached. There’s a time limit if you sit in doors (currently, idk if that would change) but no time limit if you sit on the patio. We started with their “scallop “dish. I didn’t mean to make a big deal about it, but they seem like oysters or mussels, not your traditional white scallop. The person I was with didn’t like the presentation and felt that if this is a James beard award winning restaurant, they should at least prepare the queen scallops in their own prep. The second course is absolutely amazing, it was gnocchi with prosciutto and dill. Perfectly seared, light and fluffy, just how gnocchi should be. The next course was pork, the most tender pork I’ve ever had; you get quite a big Portion. Served with the mashed potatoes, celeriac (root of celery) and mustard seed – lighter than traditional potatoes, which was necessary with the protein and not to weigh down the dish. Atop was sauerkraut. Lastly, we finished with the elevated ice cream sandwich, which is currently a ginger cookie and bay leaf ice cream. The thin mint espresso martini has cold brew in it, not espresso. Tweak the wording slightly and it’s a fun seasonal cocktail. We will for sure be back!

First time for this foodie and I had no idea it was attached to Stanley marketplace! The atmosphere is awesome and I had the pleasure of dining with 5 other friends, so they put us in their Yurt! It made the atmosphere even better as we had the yurt to ourselves! The food is superb, I came for the Wagyu burger and it didn’t disappoint! The blend of beef to sauce ratio was just right, and it was topped with an English muffin, who would of thought?! I absolutely recommend. Besides the burger, the other plates are to be shared, the waiter Daniel said usually, 2 players per person, something to keep in mind. All in all, I will absolutely be back and it’s worth the stop in!!

So pleased that we came. Unpretentious, well balanced and seasoned flavors. We had the oysters, butter lettuce, tomato salad, shrimp, beef tongue and marrow toast and the pasta. Stand out were the shrimp and that pasta! Al-dente, flavorful and kept the table wanting more. Forgot to mention the pecan pie which disappeared in seconds. Will be back for quality food in a relaxed atmosphere where the food shines.

So happy my boyfriend and I decided to try Annette for dinner last night! We were only in Denver for the night and our dinner here was AMAZING! The location was cool, the restaurant itself had a great vibe and was exactly what we were looking for. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Each dish we tried was delicious, I’m convinced that their menu is stacked with amazing options, the dishes are all so well rounded with flavors you just want to savor each bite. 10/10 and we will definitely be coming back next year when we’re in town! FYI we had the deviled eggs (literally the best we’ve ever had), the butter lettuce & tarragon salad, roasted miatakes & kohlrabi, and the pork tenderloin.

Made reservations for their annual Nordic breakfast and was not disappointed. We rarely do fine dining so this was a very nice treat. Great multicourse meal that featured some traditional Nordic fare. Doughnuts, pickles, sausages and my favorite the lerpottasill (mushrooms and potatoes). It was way too much food but man was it worth it. Service was exceptional and so was the food. Do not sleep on this spot.
