Great prices, HUGE portions, great service with a big smile. Waiting Staff is very well trained. This is a Vietnamese/Chinese and American cuisine restaurant..we ordered the Bear Paw hamburger and the House Dumpling soup…both great choices. We had a LOT of leftovers…only drawback NGO is not open on weekends..It would be lovely if the restaurant is open on weekends and/or later then 830 pm.

Ordered the combination lo mein and crab rangoon. Food wasnt bad, but service definitely was. I was surprised since food comes out super quick. I saw other table getting the usual, “Need anything else” etc, but I wasn’t asked. I waited forever just to ask for a to go cup for my tea, and I got tired of waiting. Glad I tried this spot out since I has heard so much about it.

Another great meal at NGO’s in Rockport in the shopping center across the street from China A. Shrimp lo mein, shrimp and vegetables cooked perfect, it came out quick and piping hot and have enough leftovers for 2 more meals. $11.95
