Well this one does taste and look authentic. I had the taco al pastor. The flavor of the meat was great. Wife had chicken teriyaki bowl with lots of salsa Yummy. Prices were good and serving plentyfull..
I am going back next week.
Service: I placed a to-go order that specified the pickup time and I had to wait 15 additional minutes.
Atmosphere: Fine. No complaints.
I live around the corner, but have no reason to return unless things change.
The queue was quite long when we arrived, but the food was worth the wait.
My friend got a steak burrito and I got a chipotle chicken burrito. We were both satisfactorily full.
I usually tip even when I go in person, but I’m tired of tip when the food is already expensive and you get less food than before. The quality of the food is also lacking.
Usually food has been sitting for a while and looks almost burnt.
I ordered a Mexican Bowl with steak, lettuce, guacamole and pinto beans. $14.95
And the bowl wasn’t even halfway full!
Even the lady behind the counter asked if the portion was ok!? You can’t even ask for more of anything because they mark it up as extra.
For this reason I started cooking more at home.
Restaurants need to stop the mediocre price increases and stop with the tips.
How much longer will they keep crying Covid and chain supply issues?
Safe your money and please stop supporting bad practices.
i understand that food service environments can be busy and stressful however that does not excuse behavior that lacks basic customer service standards or includes aggressive language Delivery drivers represent a business partner and should be treated with the same level of professionalism afforded to any customer
Based on this experience I would strongly encourage management to review staff conduct and customer service training No individual customer or delivery partner should be subjected to intimidation or hostility for asking a simple job related question
