Anytime I’ve gotten my whopper here it’s fresh. We’ll today at 4:30 I got the new Halloween whopper. I’m the only customer they had in drive thru & not a customer inside but still took them 10min to serve me a very hard cold burger. Fries was fresh & the Crystal the manager was very nice but burger not ok at all. She was sweet to me to put my name for a new burger. To the cook please do better cuz I enjoy u guys usually

Go to place. As it is at convenient location. Quality Not consistent but most of the time descent. They need to pressure wash the concrete ground at the entry and at drive thru and wash off the door handles on the entry doors at least once a day. I use my arm to open the door. Grungy and unsanitary looking inside. Wait for food can be longer than it should be. Quality of food could be improved. inside ordering Line shorter although they seem to cater more to patrons in the drive thru.
update: the new chicken sandwich is good!!!7-11-21 very close to Popeyes famous chicken sandwich. they could pressure wash the outside once in a while.

I placed a mobile order and wanted to also order 2 large ice waters to go with my order since there isn’t an option on the app. The man told me he cannot sell me 2 large ice waters but he can offer me 2 courtesy cups. I said that was fine. The size of these courtesy cups was insanity they were so small, the little clear plastic cups you’d get at the bar for a mixed drink. I told the man at that point I would rather not even bother. I even told him that I don’t mind to pay for the waters but he insisted there is not a way he can sell them to me. (Lie, I’ve worked there for several years and my sister had just gotten a large water from there like a week prior). Kinda insane to me because if I wanted to order 2 large cokes that would make someone gain 10 pounds it isn’t a problem. I will definitely be going to the burger king by Meijer from now on, even tho I live a 2 minute drive from this location.

The service here was outstanding, the General manager seemed to be very knowledgeable and sweet to her staff. They were all so kind and respectful. This place is family friendly and the staff is amazing with kiddos! They offered me and my kiddos a crown! We also ruled. Way to go!

The drive thru woman or man idk how they identify, only let me order 2 things before telling me my total, then when I said I had more, they replied “there’s more!”. Then I pull around, they open the window grab my card no receipt, walks about then comes back doesn’t say anything to me the whole time and just hand me my stuff,just sat there and stared at me like I wasn’t suppose to be there. My order wasn’t even correct and I didn’t even wanna bother with the employee anymore because they just didn’t want to be there and you felt tension the entire time

Waited in taco bells line across the street for 20 mins before leaving to BK, BK had us in and out, was able to wait in line and look at the menu without feeling pressured, got good tasty food at a good price. Guy working the driver had great customer service skills.

Visited this location yesterday. I have visited this location regularly recently.
The service has improved greatly at this location that’s a plus.
The product quality however is a different story. Unfortunately the sandwich makers here don’t really take pride in what they do. It’s not a difficult thing to make a sandwich properly. Seriously. Including a photo of the chicken sandwich I got yesterday. $4.69 + tax, give me a break.
Additionally at this location yesterday, the service wasn’t up to recent standards. There was a lady with a large order in front of the other car in front of me at the drive-thru. Instead of pulling her off they had the rest of us sit there for ~15 minutes while preparing our order. Upon receiving her order we sat for another 5 minutes at least as she discussed the order with the drive-thru attendant before passing both bags of food back inside. At that point apparently they were going to have us sit and wait again while they reprepared her food. Finally after the car in front of me honked their horn they had her pull up out of the way. Meanwhile the rest of us no doubt received food that should have been hot but wasn’t.
Not a good experience.
