Disgusting Food Quality. I Ordered Tandoori Chicken today through Uber Eats from this place and I received raw chicken with 20% cooked only on the outside delivered by them. I serious doubt if they ever have any food safety concerns for their customers. This is really not acceptable to serve raw chicken to customers. People could get sick with this food quality in place. I would never recommend this place to anyone after this.

I recently dined at this Indian restaurant and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The food quality was subpar, with excessively diluted curries that lacked flavor. It seemed like there was an excessive amount of water in the dishes, making them unappetizing. None of the dishes tasted good, and the overall dining experience was far from enjoyable. Additionally, the service was also lacking, further adding to the disappointment. I hope that the restaurant takes feedback seriously and works on improving these aspects for future customers.

Good for Tamil style food. Went for some light dinner . Had ghee podi dosa , onion uttapam and mushroom 65. Food was good and after placing order it came in decent wait time. In mid of the week the place was decently busy. Staff was lil slow which need improvement . We had to wait a long time to place our order and similarly to pay our bill too.

We did a take out for dinner and at Plano location and the food was horrible. This is the worst Anjappar location in the entire USA. We tried other locations and loved the food but Plano location is the worst so far. The owner should take this as a serious issue. They served a frozen parotta and the biryani was below average. We ordered a Ceylon Egg parotta and waited for an hour to get it but the worst part was they gave a chicken instead of egg and prepared a Ceylon parotta with naan dough, not the parotta dough obviously that makes sense they are serving the frozen parotta to all anyway. But the thickness of the Ceylon parotta was so thick and it was really hard to eat. How an authentic famous South Indian restaurant can serve their customers a Naan egg parotta. Do they think we all are a fool to eat whatever they serve ?! We had the same experience at this location a year ago but we wanted to give it an another try today and were expecting better food. Obviously got Very disappointed and highly not recommend it if anyone wanted visit this location. I will give 0 ⭐️ if they have it. I won’t usually post a bad reviews since we are also in the business and I totally understood the hard work behind it. However I will never encourage people who serve such a bad food in the name under the famous South Indian restaurant.

Nice place, good ambiance and amazing food. This has just become one of my most favorite restaurant in Frisco. Frisco doesn’t have many good Indian restaurants. This is certainly one place you should try.

Food was good however the service is not that great. We went with family on Saturday afternoon for lunch. It wasn’t very busy. Our ordered food came pretty quick but they never gave bottled water which was ordered at the same time of original order. Server never came to our table to check if food was good and if we needed anything else.

Very good and authentic chettinad cuisine. They maintain the spice level but you have ask for it during order. Mention 10 out of 10 spice and they will get it. They do not have buffets but they have set thali. The place is not crowded during week days.

Worst service in my recent times of dining out. The food taste was below average. Ordered 2 dosas and given only 1 and got the other dosa after hlf n hr. Served coffee v much cold. No food was above average. Won’t recommend at all.
